I like that Acronis Cyber Protect is easy to use, especially the way its agent is installed on a device, making it simple to discover and schedule backups. The Disaster Recovery as a service feature is great because it helps switch to a secondary machine quickly if the primary fails, preventing business disruptions. I also appreciate the archival storage feature for providing a cheaper storage solution compared to others like AWS S3. Additionally, the backup functionality is the most important feature for me, ensuring a second copy of data is kept on the cloud. I love the ease of use and how the setup is relatively straightforward with Acronis Cyber Protect. The single console view and management is a really positive configuration, which makes administration a lot more manageable. Plus, the support is pretty fast; once you get past the initial first line responses, you can contact technical specialists relatively quickly, and they are all knowledgeable. Also, the errors if they self-resolve can prove troublesome, as if ticketing is configured, the resolution can close the generated ticket, meaning you might miss an issue that keeps resolving itself. Initially complex, due to the multitude of site variations we support, and the Google C2C backup was not completed when we adopted it, causing issues.
