**What do you like best about Accruent Maintain?**

Visibility is like a one stop solution for all the industries who are into services (construction, repair, management, manufacturers, facilities,etc). It gives overall control on visibility and management of the process.

**What do you dislike about Accruent Maintain?**

According to me every system is having their individual process of management but this vx maintain makes things quite complicated and first you need to integrate the whole system.

**What problems is Accruent Maintain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are tons no. Of problem which we are facing but there is a single solution i.e. vx Maintain because it is providing the following features:
1) evaluation of the cost(make things bit cheaper).
2) we can manage process 
3) Reduce downtime hence increase productivity
4) improve compliance

Asset and supplier management allows us to get the most out of resources.

I have not found any aspect that I do not like; it has been beneficial throughout my use.

**What problems is Accruent Maintain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped me optimize asset performance by managing the entire workflow related to preventive and reactive maintenance activities.

Dashboard interface is very much easy to understand, easily maintained work order management, proper tracking of assets

need many more features which helps in accounting field

**What problems is Accruent Maintain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially unable to track the assets properly, Due to which the depreciation value was not proper.
This helped o overcome that situation.

The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. The product works and is a good inventory tracker.

There really is nothing to dislike. The product does what it claims to do and is competitively priced.

It keeps great track of incoming and outgoing inventory at the macro and micro levels.
