They make it easy by offering unlimited word counts and multi media within the pricing structure. Reporting is easy to access. While all of this is important and strong reasons for using ACCESS Newswire, the number one factor is the support we get. We have a dedicated account contact (Jennifer Creary) who manages all of our requests and is incredibly responsive and helpful. First is very easy to use. Its pretty self explanatory and you don't need a PhD to figure it out. The response times are quick and if you have problem they move fast to fix it. I will get reports that say 1000 people clicked on a link within the story, but I can tell that isn't accurate based on traffic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ACCESS Newswire? I paid for a press release in June, but they weren’t able to publish it, which I understood. However, instead of refunding me, they said the payment would remain as a credit for my next press release. That was fine with me. At the end of September, I finally published a new press release, assuming it would be covered by the credit from June. But a few days later, I noticed that my credit card had been charged again. I figured it was a mistake and contacted support to request a refund. It took them several days to respond, which was frustrating. When they finally did, they asked me to provide screenshots, which I did. After that, they completely stopped responding. I’ve followed up multiple times and even reached out to different support contacts, but never got a reply. In the end, they charged me twice and ignored all my support requests.
