What do you like best about Abnormal AI?

What problems is Abnormal AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our traditional Secure Email Gateway was letting through so many malicious phishing emails, I trialled Abnormal for 3 months and it blocks everything. I'm aware that at some point something will slip the net but that's why we have Cyber Awareness Training, 24/7 monitoring, and Antivirus. I don't want to rely on this platform 100% but it's almost unbelievable how well it works, I will recommend this platform to anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Abnormal AI?

Abnormal does a great job stopping malicious and spam messages that our primary spam filter lets through. The onboarding and configuration was quick and easy, it integrates well with Microsoft 365. Customer support is responsive when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Abnormal AI?

The admin portal UI is a bit clunky and sometimes difficult to navigate. Abnormal makes frequent changes to the look and feel of the portal which sometimes causes you to need to figure out how to find what you want again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
