The interface is clean and easy to use, and the threat insights are clear and actionable. What really stood out to me is how little configuration was needed—it worked right out of the box and integrated smoothly with Microsoft 365. Since we started using Abnormal AI, the number of email threats reaching end users has dropped to nearly zero, which has made a significant difference in improving our organization security and workload. Overall, it's a very solid platform, but there are a few things that could be improved. On very few occasions, legitimate emails get flagged, and since end users aren't notified or don't understand why the email was held, it can cause confusion. Better tools for reviewing and releasing these messages quickly would improve the experience.
Also, as a post-delivery solution, Abnormal can’t always act fast enough on certain threats like malicious calendar invites. For example, Outlook may auto-process an invite and add it to the calendar before Abnormal deletes the email, which creates a potential risk. Addressing this requires changing default Outlook settings, which isn’t ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
