I really like how ABBYY Intelligent Document Processing handles documents that aren't clean or standardized. It deals with messy stuff like scanned PDFs and mixed layouts from different vendors, so I spend way less time on manual data entry. It accurately extracts data from invoices and vendor contracts, pulling vendors' names, amounts, dates, and line items straight from scanned PDFs even when the layouts vary. The document handling feature saves me time every week, allowing me to drop a batch of mixed invoices and receipts and get structured data back without needing to sort them first. The table extraction is incredibly useful, especially for pulling line items out of invoices, and it just works well.
