I use ABBYY Intelligent Document Processing for scanning documents from image to text, especially with PDF books from which I can't copy the text. The tool comes with pre-built strong OCR capability allowing us to easily extract data from images and PDF documents which has significantly accelerated document processing to ensure information is immediately available for project dashboards and reporting tools. I use ABBYY Intelligent Document Processing to automate a lot of manual processing, particularly in mortgages. It's very good at ensuring documents with the same layout are processed effectively, turning unstructured data into structured data. The interface is very easy to use. I find the manual review station really a game changer as it provides human oversight and responsibility when things might go wrong. Additionally, the cloud setup is really easy.
