Abby AI Receptionist Reviews & Product Details

Abby AI Receptionist answers your business calls 24/7 in your company's name. It greets callers in a natural voice, answers the questions you have taught it, screens and transfers calls, takes messages, qualifies new leads and books appointments directly into hundreds of scheduling platforms, in English or Spanish, on the phone number you already have. Every conversation arrives moments later as a transcript, AI summary, sentiment score and recording in the AbbyGO app and the my.abby.com portal. Built and trained in-house by Abby Connect on more than 20 years of receptionist calls for over 6,200 businesses, on Deepgram Flux for speech recognition, the latest OpenAI models with automatic failover to Anthropic for understanding, and ElevenLabs for voice. One subscription covers the AI Receptionist and Abby's U.S.-based human receptionists, who all work from Abby's Las Vegas office: you choose how each call is handled, human, AI or a mix, and change it any time. A minute of AI answering counts as half an Abby Minute, so AI stretches the same plan twice as far, and the AI warm-transfers to a human receptionist on the same call for the conversations you flag. Connects with 1,000+ tools, including Clio, Lawmatics, HubSpot, Salesforce and Calendly. Plans from $165 a month, free trial, no setup fee, no after-hours or weekend upcharge.
