The learner has a great experience accessing training from any device. The system is very expandable from small SME companies upto international corporates with full enterprise. You can chart a learners training from start day to finish. **What do you dislike about Abara LMS?** There are no real downsides to the system. The team are continually upgrading the system and are always happy to take on upgrades and ideas to further enhance. The development team are very forwarding thinking. **What problems is Abara LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The system has a very comprehensive communication system which ensures the learners are fully aware of what they need to do and notifies them of their training needs. Communication within the business is essential and the system allows this to happen not only with training but general comms ### 2. It is great for customers who want a single learning portal and also if you want a portal that handles multiple client's learning needs. **What do you dislike about Abara LMS?** I would like it to handle checklist learning activities but I understand that is currently being developed for release in Jul-Sept 2023. **What problems is Abara LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us save time by automatically assigning and reporting on learning activity. It helps us keep track of support requests from customers and meet compliance due diliegence. It helps us create annual revenue streams and enables us to keep in close communication with our customers. ### 5. Even when we submit an email or help ticket, we receive an instant confirmation of how it will be assigned. It’s expedited and remedied typically within 24 hours, regardless of the major time difference between India and the United States. The Abara platform was very easy to learn and navigate. We were provided a one-day tutorial that was thorough and explorative, but easy to follow. We were able to remove any features that were not being used and will have the opportunity to reactivate those should the need arise. Abara is also highly proactive and communicative about holidays and necessary windows for maintenance with short disruption – well in advance. Even during those holidays and lapses, we have still received a response during those timeframes when a situation presents itself. After being a client of some of the biggest vendors, I realised that we were being charged extra for everything while others were offering the same for lower costs. Through a thorough selection and finalization we landed with Abara and trust me with this, Abara is easy to use and so inexpensive. **What do you dislike about Abara LMS?** I would like to see more features being added for the Social Learning-side of the LMS and a few more learning objects. **What problems is Abara LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The UI and UX upgrade recently was equally impressive. Basically, if you are looking for an LMS that is inexpensive and gets the job of training done, then this platform is awesome! IF you're needs are overtly complicated, then maybe something else.
