NZ also offers the most comprehesive and organized training for the platform, as well as continual ongoing workshops. The cost compared to features offerred is extremely good. **What do you dislike about Zenler?** Email editing in both regular campaigns and especially in marketing funnel or course automations is frustrating to say the least. I want my emails to ALL look polished and professional, and especially brand consistent. This is difficult when email marketing campaigns use block editing (that still have some bugs like not being able to center buttons) and automations don't have nearly as many options. Zenler looks after the EU Digital VAT aspect and this is a major reason for me having moved from my previous platform. The interface is nice and clean looking and I have been able to make it look like a page on my main website, which makes for a cohesive look across the two. It is great for students that there is the option both to download a pdf, but also to review it on-screen. The assessment aspect is very useful. I am still working on getting all my courses on the site, and am taking advantage of the platform's features to ensure that everything looks smart and is easy to use, so I am working on the site almost daily at present. Customer support is effective, though not always speedy. The support team is incredibly helpful. **What do you dislike about Zenler?** I had originally looked into using Zenler in 2020 but found it too hard. It felt too technical, and too much in need of specific technical knowledge that I don't have. I don't know if the help materials have improved dramatically in the intervening 3 years, or if I was just more successful in finding them! That concerned me at first, because while I craved one place for everything, all the other products I've seen attempting to be an all-in-one were dismal. So I was skeptical. But Zenler is really awesome in so many ways, that the wish list is minor. The value far exceeds the price. I still use other tools, because I bought them at a start-up rate, and because my business has advanced and needs the little bit extras. But, Zenler integrates with nearly everything, including Zapier so I am very happy. Zenler makes things easy! And the extensive video trainings were a must for me. It's the easiest, fastest way to learn, apply, and get the most out of Zenler. For a beginning or intermediate business that wants power yet the simplicity (I value this the most in my business and life now), of an all-in-one-- Zenler is the way to go! Whether you want to sell course, run a membership or give private coaching, Zenler does all of it. It's loaded with features, and there's lots of documentation on it all, so I won't go into it here... it helps me help our members and deliver powerfully to our community. These bugs will happen with a forward moving tech company, so it's all about the customer service needing to be there, which it is. The Zooming past the competition webinar was really interesting and answered a lot of questions for me as I am currently planning to do a challenge. They also have a stripe integration, so you can also have people pay for the courses. Whitelabeling helps improve your corporate image as well ability to use your own SMTP servers. There is an API also. You can also integrate Zappier and Pabbly to create users and assign them to courses, funnels, webinars. They have scheduled webinars and classes that you can set for time intervals like daily or Bi weekly. Customer support is great for existing features. So thigns don't fall on deaf ears. They also have many FREE training classes on marketing, course creation and they keep adding more each month. A lot of them are live sessions. Some held by the Founders themselves! The paid version gives you a lot of value and its all there in one platform. You won't go critically wrong starting out with them. The page designer is a bit limited but adequate for most needs and you can add custom fields in forms. There aren't any custom workflows as of yet. SEO and FB/Gogle tracking can easily be added to your pages. Email automation works as intended and you can see the reports of the activity too! Getting of the blocks is better than most sites providing the same features. Your data is aslo VERY safe, they won't use your client data at all. Ethical and sincere group of people behind the scenes. **What do you dislike about Zenler?** There could be some faster roll out of newer features. Email automation after person has attended webinar or not. They note all the feature requests for sure and are a bit slow to roll out because of downtime for existing users. As a course creator I believe Zenler gives you unparalleled creativity in creating your chosen design and user experience. I originally hosted my online courses using a plugin on WordPress back in 2016 (that didn’t go well). I moved to Teachable, then onto Kajabi (testing a few others along the way) and by early 2019 I’d discovered and moved all my courses and opt-ins across to Zenler. Quite apart from Zenler’s advertised features (hosting videos, files, email broadcasts and unlimited courses) I found that the versatility of Zenler (including being able to add html blocks of code) allowed me to create an “experience site” (much like a membership) for someone and to build out unlimited landing pages and bespoke pages, for example quiz results, video presentations, waitlist options, opt-in forms and instant downloads. I’ve recently chosen Zenler to host a big collaboration project (The Email Experiment) because I know that adding links, connecting things together in different ways and designing the look and feel will all be easily achievable thanks to the options available within Zenler's features. I don’t have to reinvent the wheel - I can take designs I liked using in the past and clone them ready for new projects, or duplicate courses to be shared in promotional bundles, so each can be customised to complement the bundle promo. I can integrate Zenler with other services fairly easily, for example MailChimp, Integrately and ThriveCart. Until recently I’d used my Zenler site mainly for hosting my courses, keeping my old legacy WP site as a static website, but earlier this year my hosting company closed my website without warning because of a WP malware breach on the server. Last year one of the controls to display books for students failed and it was impossible to use it. It took them 2 months to fix it so we couldn't use it in the meantime to add new materials. They also released a new tool for questionnaires that has several bugs and often doesn't save the questions. There is a security issue that allows anyone to access your courses without logging in (I've reported it several times but they haven't fixed it). When I add new contacts, I get 18 emails confirming that I added the contacts. The only reason we are not moving away is because we have all our classes there.
