  ### 1. Smart tool for expenses that makes my life so much easier

**What do you like best about Yokoy?**

It is fast and assigns the invoices to the right people. There is no issue of handing over invoices from Brazil, the USA, or Switzerland. Wherever I am, it's automized in the right account and the pre-approval is a great and welcoming facilitation.

**What do you dislike about Yokoy?**

Sometimes the app experience is not on the same level as the Desktop portal. It also struggles from time to time to cancel already handed-over invoices and stop processes.

**What problems is Yokoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to handover my invoices and facilitates in sending invoices in different currencies as our headquarters one. This is great and the expenses are paid out back to me quickly. The dashboard explains easily which expenses are already approved, which ones in analysis and gives also a transparent explanation what is auto-approved and which needs more attention.

It's allowing me to seamlessly submit and be paid for work expenses

**What do you like best about Yokoy?**

I like best the UI and the self-explanation of it, and it's easy to dive right into it without watching training videos or getting a specific onboarding ;) It's always easy to add your expenses right on the go, keeping the overview on what's in process or payed and I never experienced any bugs or similar.

**What do you dislike about Yokoy?**

there is literally nothing that I dislike.

**What problems is Yokoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

entering expenses for business travels and getting them payed in a timely manner, being able to track where the expenses are in status, easy trackable of feedback or if further insights are needed from the finance department.

Easy, intuitive system with automations and approvals

**What do you dislike about Yokoy?**

To start off a expense claim isn't always so obvious, especially the first time you use it or if you haven't used it in a while, e.g. there is no 'start here'  but instead just the different types of claims at the top

**What problems is Yokoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An efficient way to request claims and track their progress. Upload receipt/invoice and it scans for the key information to save you time, which is great. If anything is wrong, then finance can communicate with you directly on your claim through Yokoy and you can reupload/change any info that is required.

**What do you like best about Yokoy?**

It's a simple workflow. I don't have to worry about complex workflows and have a simple UI where I only see what I need to see. This is great.

**What do you dislike about Yokoy?**

Most of the time it works perfectly fine. A couple of times I've had submission errors, where I got an "oops, not able to submit your request" even though all fields were complete. But then I just reloaded the page, reentered everything and it normally worked then.

**What problems is Yokoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily submit expenses and don't have to worry about setting up meetings to get expenses approved. Great for working async and international teams.
