Programming requires updates every time you open the program and nothing changes. The way you share estimates could make sense if it didn't require a clunky inefficient method of uploading esx files that have been shared. If the person sharing the file did not leave it unlocked or open then you cannot use the file. Instead of creating your own local copy of the file you are uploading, it connects to the original through their cloud system which causes multiple issues with utilization. It's an easy software to learn. User friendly, and it gets better as they do more updates and add more tools. I started in the industry 10 years ago and had to learn everything on my own as I go, I used a few estimating products in the beginning but enjoyed Sactimate the most and have been using it ever since. I would like to see a more detailed line item discription and more info on what is included or excluded in a particular line item. Would be a big help with talking to insurance adjusters.
