**What do you like best about XCALLY?**

I like how it brings multiple communication channels into one platform. It’s easy to manage calls, chats, and tickets in the same place, which makes the workflow smoother for support teams. The reporting features are also very handy for tracking performance.

**What do you dislike about XCALLY?**

Sometimes the interface feels a bit outdated and not as intuitive as modern tools. There’s also a bit of a learning curve in the beginning. But once you get used to it, it’s reliable and does the job well.

XCALLY solves the challenge of handling multiple communication channels separately. Having calls, chats, and tickets all in one place makes it easier for my team to stay organized and respond faster.

**What do you like best about XCALLY?**

I've been using XCALLY for about 2 years now and without a doubt I never cease to be amazed by the scope of this platform.... XCALLY really manages to integrate all the communication channels (that you as a company may need) in the same platform. This not only makes our job as agents easier, but also provides a better customer experience. 

While I think there is room for improvement, it's clear that the use of XCALLY has left good experiences for us and our customers.

**What do you dislike about XCALLY?**

Sometimes there is this feeling that, although the platform allows to integrate all the communication channels, they seem to work separately from each other. It would be good to have analytics and dashboards that synthesize the data from the different integrations. 

Also, Support response times should be improved.

**What problems is XCALLY solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our company we have customers from different countries who have different ways of communicating with us. XCALLY allows us to serve all of these customers, regardless of the channel they come through, without the need to use multiple platforms. Also, the Customer Journey makes it easier for agents to track customer interactions and provide more accurate responses.

The best thing about it is that it is easy to navigate and understandable. The calls can track so easily it has multiple option about the calls and a list

What I dislike about xcally is when it decreases its speed due to multiple calls coming in, it's hard for us to tag the disposition of the call, and it takes time to take that action

Every time I search my calls on the recording its easy for us to navigate the file since it has a filter options o locate it faster it's also downloadable so we can also keep the file on our PC's

**What do you like best about XCALLY?**

XCALLY is very admin-friendly, I can configure our IVR and our integrations in an intuitive way. The support is tremendous, and it is super-reliable, a critical factor for our sector.

**What do you dislike about XCALLY?**

There's really nothing I dislike, and although any product can always be tweaked. and people generally feel that if you don't mention a shortcoming, your praise is suspect, nevertheless, I don't feel those tweaks are worthy of mention on a DISLIKE field.

**What problems is XCALLY solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use XCALLY to integrate with Zendesk because Zendesk Talk does not offer a ring-all strategy (maybe on the super-expensive plans, but not on our affordable, legacy plan). XCALLY records incoming and outgoing calls made with the XCALLY PhoneBar (on VOIP numbers from DIDWW and Twilio) and creates tickets in Zendesk with the call recording available at a click.

The XCALLY is easy to install and maintain. Also, the licensing model is straightforward. The whole support team is very helpful with a great response time. This makes XCALLY a great system for clients and partners.

There are minor limitations to the chat channel. Even if it has internal CRM we would also like a straightforward ticketing tool so the emails, chat, and voice can be assigned to one ticket.

**What do you like best about XCALLY?**

XCally is outstanding! An intuitive and functional platform, managing call center activities has become really easy. It has powerful call routing and real-time monitoring features have enabled us to optimize our team's performance. it is compatible with many integrations and with great ease we get detailed reports that help customers make informed decisions. In addition, customer support has always been prompt and helpful. I highly recommend XCally to all companies looking for reliable and efficient call center software.

Although XCally offers excellent functionality, there are some areas that could be improved. First, the user interface could be made more appealing and modern to improve the overall user experience. Second, additional customization options for call workflows and agent performance metrics would be useful to tailor the software to specific business needs. Addressing these aspects would make XCally an even more outstanding call center solution.

The ability to easy enable interactions from channels like voice, IVR, dialers up to any digital channel like social media messaging and the ability to integrate with CRMs, ERPs and  AI engines.

I think the fact there is not a mobile app yet, but i was told they are working on it.  In our case all of our agents work with workstations but definitively it will be interesting to have a mobile app.

The eternal problem of having a gap between us brand owners and our customers and prospects.  XCALLY offers a solution to close that gap by enabling conversations through different channels.

**What do you like best about XCALLY?**

We have been customers for over 5 years and use Xcally for our customer service needs. We currently use Version 2 but are in the process of moving already to the newest Version 3 "Motion V3". Its interface is intuitive and real-time monitoring is what can let us observe and manage the activities and resources immediately. Users can easily manage incoming and outgoing calls, as well as chat and email communications. The ability to integrate with other business systems such as our CRM has allowed us to efficiently manage all customer interactions from a single platform. Xcally has enhanced our ability to provide great service to the customers who call us. I recommend Xcally to companies looking for an omnidirectional call center solution. Easily create and assign agent to Group, team, user, profiles.

**What do you dislike about XCALLY?**

They need to improve some things, such as the graphic part of the DASHBOARDS and some WhatsApp features, but I know for a fact that improvements are already being developed in this sense, so I am very confident that it will be resolved by the end of this year.

The ability to manage from a single web page, the email solution, chat on integrated platforms, whatsapp and automatic bots that I reply to the customer before passing the request to the operator, in order to simplify contact with the customer.

Xcally is a great product. It is a truly OmniChannel product. It is stable and support and service is good. Integration with Teams is very usefuel.

There is really no downsize of Xcally. But be aware of that it takes some time to set up and running it. Once it is up and runnig it is stable.

We integrated with our Zendesk ticketing system and it is no brainer and easy to navigate and use. The subscription fee is consider affordable. The account manager in charge are highly responsive and extremely helpful.

I dont have bad experience with XCALLY and would highly recommend any company to use them.

How integrates multiple functions in one single interface allowing configure different setups according to your needs and how easy is to do so. As well the flexibility it has to change your configuration when needed.

The pricing might be a bit high, however, it is fair according to the solutions they offer given that they take away the need of getting other providers for other services.

Their training is complete and comprehensive. 
XCALLY is ahead of most of their competitor in terms of features.

There are very few downsides. One of the downsides is the fact that we can't buy directly on the website without speaking with someone, but we can talk with their staff quickly.

**What do you like best about XCALLY?**

With XCALLY, I can, through the real-time dashboard, verify at any moment the service levels and the activity of the agents, quickly viewing the number of agents engaged in conversation or on break. In addition to the many functions, there is also the possibility to easily consult the flow of calls within the IVR and get an indication of how many users have used the self-service mode and how many have been queued to the operator. Furthermore, the integration with many applications allows the agent to optimize the time spent retrieving information, also speeding up the time dedicated to searching for the caller. I am very satisfied with this tool, I find it adaptable to any situation.

Xcally is an omnichannel platform designed for implementing contact management for companies with a vast customer base. Confronting other platforms of the same kind in the market, Xcally is easy to install, easy to configure, and really versatile. Its most significant capability is to have many APIs with which it is possible to manage and configure the platform from remote. This let's integrate Xcally with a theoretically infinite number of third-party platforms and consider Xcally for almost every process that includes contact with the end customer or the management of the touch point that the company publishes to get in contact with customers

**What do you dislike about XCALLY?**

I think that the Jscripty Module could have much more capabilities for example, by adding AI functionalities, variable management, and a graphical representation of the script flow; it should be great if Xcally would expose webhooks to let third party developers and partners develop their plugins both on the server side and on the omni-desktop side.

Xcally makes contact management easy by integrating voice channels with a bounce of digital media both attended like instant messaging platforms or chats and unattended like emails and faxes

Thanks to XCALLY, I can monitor in real-time, by consulting a single dashboard, the performance of all active communication channels for a service. The reporting is customizable according to one's needs. Additionally, it is also possible to configure automations on the different contact channels, speeding up user support processes that help improve the customer experience. On the agent side, it is user-friendly. I believe that XCALLY is a complete, customizable tool and an excellent solution for contact centers.

**What do you like best about XCALLY?**

Great platform if you need to provide support for various communication channels. We had a specific scenario, where we provided from one location support for several countries inside our company. The main issue was that we had to BYOC with local toll numbers. We reached out to at least 20+ vendors, and XCally Motion was the only platform that could provide resources and features to achieve this goal. Additionally, it is an Omnichannel solution that can support all imaginable channels of your choice (Voice, Webchat, Email, SMS, Fax, Viber, Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, etc.). Employees are kind and helpful, you get some really fast responses from support if there is an issue. They offer a lot of third-party integrations + plugins with the platform, and those are FREE.

**What do you dislike about XCALLY?**

We immediately went with the v3 version, which has just been released, and a lot of instructions on how to set up XCally Motion haven't been updated. Some crucial information has been missing, intentionally or not,  for which you need to contact their support via ticket. If you need to hire their Professional Support Team (this is the only option where you can get remote support), you will be charged 120 EUR/hour. Price has been raised in the last 12 months from around ~80 EUR/hour. GUI is a bit outdated (but for the price you pay per head it is acceptable). The biggest drawback for us is the not so good dashboard (a lot of features are missing that the competitors have) + Report extraction based on tagged interactions is not possible (even though you can tag an interaction there is no use for it). The disposition option is something they can work on, it takes a lot of time to set up third-level (you can max set up three levels) disposition because of the way it is engineered to make the input.

OVERALL IT IS A GREAT SOLUTION FOR MID-BUDGET PROJECTS THAT NEED TO HAVE AN OMNI-SOLUTION PLATFORM, BUT IT IS FAR AWAY FROM PERFECT. POSITIVE THING IS, WE SEE THAT THE DEVELOPMENT TEAM IS ATTACKING AND IMPROVING SOME OF THE FLAWS AND CONSTANTLY WORKING ON NEW FEATURES.

It serves as the main platform for our Contact Center project. We provide support for our customers and are testing new ways to use various channels as potential sales channels.

**What do you like best about XCALLY?**

xCALLY has four types of licenses, each one oriented to the most common uses we need in a Contact Centre platform (inbound, outbound, omni-channel and all at once).
Another great thing is that the cost of the licenses is per concurrent agent.
It includes connectors with the main CRM, ticketing software, TTS, ASR, Google, AWS, etc. as standard.
It also incorporates a very useful and easy to configure form designer.
Probably the best part of the tool is the graphical IVR designer.
The entire platform is web-based, so the agent can be anywhere, and even working from a mobile phone.
One of the most versatile features of the product are triggers and automations. This way you can automate practically any situation in the day-to-day running of a contact centre, without the need for the IT department to be involved. A single supervisor can do.
I find the outgoing motion with four strategies from less to more aggressive remarkable. It has a small contact manager to decide which customers are part of a campaign.
It is the simplest tool I know of with all the power of a contact centre. I don't think there is any functionality that other big platforms have.

**What do you dislike about XCALLY?**

The form designer is not available for the inbound voice and omni-channel version. It should be included in all licence types.
The form designer should be able to connect to third party systems.
Although it has a connector with DIALOGFLOW, where all kinds of ChatBots can be made, xCALLY should have its own solution that does not force you to pay Google for every interaction.

**What problems is XCALLY solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the moment, I am able to serve my clients on a one-to-one basis, without much technical knowledge. At the moment, I work by phone.
In the short term, I will add the whatsapp channel and it will be very easy. Also the chat channel

**What do you like best about XCALLY?**

It is surprising, as it always offers all communication tools with IP telephony worldwide with different alternatives. It is a great help to carry out the design and implementation of an entire system for the outbound call campaign through its management system. Of concurrent channels and extensions. Its IVR building tool has been very helpful as it allows dragging objects and components that facilitate a clean and pleasant design. The graphical interface is very pleasant and light for the end user. It has a strong market penetration and can integrate with CRM.

**What do you dislike about XCALLY?**

It has many partners worldwide, and each partner sets prices according to their specific requirements; these prices are not standardized. You need the manufacturer's advice to implement customizable modules, as a regular admin user cannot make adaptations according to their convenience. One drawback is that if the manufacturer does not offer support for the PSTN cards from Ericsson or Alcatel, which are already obsolete, I do not recommend it if you plan to migrate on this scale.

replace the very old telephony control units that were out of support. The benefit is satisfactory, since it can make multiple outgoing calls, while, on the other hand, it can respond simultaneously to a process that affects the capabilities of another. Programming automatic IVR is very easy to do.
