## About Whatagraph
Whatagraph is the marketing intelligence platform where reporting scales without scaling the team behind it. One governed data foundation powers every destination your team uses — client reports, dashboards, AI tools, BigQuery — so the same trustworthy numbers show up everywhere, without anyone in the middle. The agency stops adding a reporting hire for every ten new clients, because the data layer scales, not the headcount. The data team stops being a ticket queue between marketing and its own numbers, because marketing can self-serve from the same governed foundation the analyst uses. And every cross-channel decision — where to move spend, which campaign to scale, which one to stop — runs on numbers that mean the same thing on Monday as they do on Friday, whether the answer comes from a report, a dashboard, or an AI tool. One foundation. Every destination. No operational tax for growing on top of it.

## Whatagraph Reviews
  ### 1. Misleading and Aggressive Sales Outreach

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Whatagraph?**

Very little. The only reason I tested Whatagraph was that the concept of automated analytics reporting sounded useful in theory. However, my experience with the sales process and follow-up was so negative that it completely overshadowed any potential value I saw in the platform.

**What do you dislike about Whatagraph?**

The biggest issue was the sales and follow-up experience.

After I briefly tested the service, I was contacted repeatedly by email and phone. What made the experience especially negative was that they also contacted my CEO directly and wrote in a way that made it sound like I was actively reviewing their solution for internal use. That was misleading, as I had not started any real sales dialogue and had not asked them to contact anyone else.

The repeated follow-up felt aggressive, intrusive, and unprofessional. It completely ruined my impression of the company and made me lose trust in the service before I could properly evaluate the product itself.

Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending Whatagraph.

**What problems is Whatagraph solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whatagraph is intended to solve the problem of automating analytics reporting and reducing manual reporting work.

However, in my case, I did not get to experience any real benefit from the platform. The sales follow-up and outreach experience became the main issue and made it impossible for me to continue evaluating the product properly.

Instead of solving a reporting problem, the experience created unnecessary frustration and took time away from my actual work.

  ### 2. Simplifies Marketing Data with Stylish and Intuitive Dashboards

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa A. | Bilingual Client Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Whatagraph?**

I use Whatagraph every month to show my client roster their marketing campaign metrics data. It solves a unified vision of all the campaigns we run with our clients; it's easy to understand and to connect platforms. I love the modern design and how easy it is to edit reports and personalize them. The edit section of each widget is easy to update, from changing colors to adding logos/images from the different platforms we use like GA4. This makes data look understandable and easy to digest for a client who is not an expert in marketing.

**What do you dislike about Whatagraph?**

The only thing I don't like about Whatagraph is that sometimes the website/server is slow when I need to download multiple reports.

**What problems is Whatagraph solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Whatagraph to provide a unified vision of all campaigns, making it easy to understand and connect platforms. Editing and personalizing reports is simple, allowing me to make data digestible for clients who aren't marketing experts.

  ### 3. Makes reporting actually enjoyable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruhith I. | Digital Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Whatagraph?**

The dashboards are clean, easy to build, and perfect for client reporting. It pulls in data from Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and even TikTok without any hassle. I love how I can set up automated reports that look great and are client-ready. No more fiddling with spreadsheets or wasting time building slides.

**What do you dislike about Whatagraph?**

If two people are editing a report at the same time, the widgets can glitch or break which is frustrating on tight deadlines. There's also no option for a custom URL, and it still doesn’t support X Ads (Twitter), which is a bit limiting for full-funnel campaigns.

**What problems is Whatagraph solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the headache of manual reporting. Instead of pulling data from 5 different platforms and building slides or spreadsheets, I can automate everything in one place. It saves hours each week and helps me share insights with clients much faster. It looks professional no need to clean up charts or reformat anything.

  ### 4. Easy, Visual Reporting with Whatagraph

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Whatagraph?**

I like how easy the reports are and how it is visually

**What do you dislike about Whatagraph?**

Not much, I like Whatagraph very much, a very easy and insightful platform

**What problems is Whatagraph solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease of reporting to clients

  ### 5. The Most Beautiful and Intuitive Reporting Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brinda G. | Content Writer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Whatagraph?**

Over the past two months I've spent dozen of hours living inside the product: both, as a marketer and a product-led content writer.

I've suffered through manual reporting, so my main considerations were ease of use, integrations, and data blending. Also, making it pretty!

1. Whatagraph's drag-and-drop widgets are so simple to use, they practically make the report FOR you. And because most marketing reports are really dull, I love small touches like customizing icons for widgets!

2. The customer support team is lightning fast. And I mean, whenever I've had an issue, I can expect to have a proper conversation from within my dashboard in real time in under 3 minutes of raising a ticket.

3. They have a 99.95% uptime guarantee which is pretty neat considering I work with large sets of data from different sources and until now, not once has the platform gone down!

4. A nifty little feature is that it goes one step further in white-labeling and gives you a custom domain so the platform feels like an extension of your brand, not just some random third-party tool. Makes me feel a lot more confident sharing reports with my branding slapped on!

5. But the most note-worthy benefit of using Whatagraph is SAVING BILLABLE HOURS. I don't have to play Dr. Frankenstein with 7 different platforms and then spin the screenshots through Canva to "prettify" the data. Whatagraph does it all, in literally 20 minutes.

**What do you dislike about Whatagraph?**

As of now, as a solopreneur, I can't afford Whatagraph long-term.

Also, I'd like to be able to connect my personal media accounts to pull data for analysis. (Although I realize that this is a murky data privacy situation.)

**What problems is Whatagraph solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Cuts manual reporting time SIGNIFICANTLY (I mean, like easily 70% billable hours saved)

-I can stay in ONE platform, in ONE dashboard and get whatever I need, when I need it, in real time.

  ### 6. Nothing better in the market, especially for the price.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick C. | Director of Performance Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Whatagraph?**

It is extremely flexible, the visuals are beautiful (which is important for having clients be engaged in the reports, very customizable to make complex data easy to ingest for the client. Also provides excellent service, they not only take continuous feedback and add new features based on it but one time they went way above and beyond for our agency and completely re-worked their API so we could get some specific valuable data in our reports. Don't think I've ever seen a software willing to go so above and beyond that has plenty of other agencies/clients they have to also support.

**What do you dislike about Whatagraph?**

N/A, I think Whatagraph beats a ton of other reporting dashboard vendors that are far more expensive. If I was starting a digital agency today, signing up with Whatagraph would be one of my first moves.

**What problems is Whatagraph solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The reports are much more visually pleasing than other basic reporting dashboard options, extremely easy to use (no SQL needed), makes report building/visualizaing data an absolute breeze. Just massively upgraded our reporting offering.

  ### 7. Easy to Use and Intuitive, with Room to Grow

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Whatagraph?**

Its easy to use and intuitive. I enhoy how things arnt hidden in menus and the AI reporting is very on point

**What do you dislike about Whatagraph?**

the exporting of data could be better. But it works well enough

**What problems is Whatagraph solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me deliver data to the administration

  ### 8. Great Software, Saves Us Time & Mistakes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Whatagraph?**

We used to have to make our reports by either screenshotting lots of different platforms (which looked awful), or by manually taking all the data and then inputting it into our own reports. This was very time consuming and subject to human error. Whatagraph has removed that problem and by automating our reporting, has saved our team a lot of time.

Also their customer support is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Whatagraph?**

It is a sizeable investment for the software but for the time saved it's worth it, We found it took our team a while to make the most of all the features, but our customer success agent (thanks Mila) has been really helpful in getting us up to speed.

**What problems is Whatagraph solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have to manually input data from different sources into our digital advertising reports, we no longer have to do this, saving us time and removing potential human error.

  ### 9. Intuitive and Efficient Reporting Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paweł M. | CEO, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Whatagraph?**

Whatagraph is a highly intuitive reporting tool that makes it easy to monitor key marketing KPIs. The ability to integrate multiple data sources and create customized reports quickly is a great advantage. The platform is user-friendly, and the customer support team is always responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Whatagraph?**

Actually, there’s nothing I dislike. I had a few questions while using the product, but the support team was always available to assist when needed.

**What problems is Whatagraph solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whatagraph provides a clear and efficient way to track marketing performance through visual reports. It streamlines data from different platforms, making it easier to analyze trends and make informed decisions.

  ### 10. Great platform & overall value

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emanuel S. | Head of Trading, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Whatagraph?**

The ease of use as well as how customisable the platform is. The customer service is great too.

**What do you dislike about Whatagraph?**

There is not much to dislike - if I had to pick it would probably be the lack of integration with some platforms (although generally speaking the level of integration is very good).

**What problems is Whatagraph solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us visualise client reports with ease.
