For those that will be rolled out to their customer base, they are diligent to create an excellent product, test it thoroughly, and roll it out timely! They made their product easy to tailor for our specific needs so that implementation was smooth and easy. We have numerous users in both the Mobile solutions as well as the back office ones every day, all day and have very little issues. We run several lines of business with differing revenue models and the fact that WennSoft was able to handle all of our needs was a selling point. The fact that they handled ALL of our needs to an excellent degree is a HUGE selling point! **What do you dislike about WennSoft?** As with any growing company, sometimes customer support takes longer than desired. However, when it comes through, you are fully confident that it is spot on! **What problems is WennSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use MobileTech and WennSoft Signature Service, Signature Jobs, Signature Equipment, Signature Payroll to handle our daily field work and integrate with Great Plains so that we can produce our monthly financials in record time! ### 2. A ton load of features for work allocation, equipment allocation, payroll, report for the customer and so on. It is easy to use, frequently used and very easy to implement. **What do you dislike about WennSoft?** The integration of this software takes longer time to complete and it is giving frequent glichtes as well. The customer support is not good..! **What problems is WennSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** Handling payroll, allocating work and equipments everyday was a tedious process. With Wennsoft, it is most easier task on my hand. Also, Wennsoft produces reports that can be sent to the customers directly. ### 3.
