Having used the platform for a non-profit, this reviewer finds the front and back end easy to navigate, which enhances communication for volunteers. The syncing function is difficult to use, making it harder to share information effectively.
View Full ReviewI love cloud platforms, and the structure of this makes this very easy to gather data from one source to another, especially when out in the field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be clunky for volunteers to use, not to mention many may feel that it is intrusive into their privacy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was all inclusive and the customer service was excellent Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A little dates. I wish the interface was a little more recent Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have been impressed with the ease of use and navigation. It is definitely a program that you can navigate without too much difficulty. It allows for easy data entry of volunteer demographics, hours and other related information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We wish that it synced better with our other software programs, as most non-profits know how difficult it is to get various software components that cover volunteer management, development, marketing needs, and so on and so forth. Having the capability to share information between volunteers and development, etc. more easily can help the non-profit organization overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of signing up volunteers on the front and back end. The calendars are great and easy to communicate with volunteers. They have great customer service. They listen to feedback and continue to make changes to better their product. Our volunteers find it easy to use and sign up on their own or with a little guidance. Reporting functions. They are still very basic. It can be hard to remove multiple sign ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
