I found it very intuitive and very helpful. **What problems is Vinesign solving and how is that benefiting you?** The need of getting signatures on documents in the fastest and easiest way possible. It’s making my job easier. ### 2. It has also been a time saver that it sends you both emails and texts because clients seem to pay attention more to the texts and Vinesign allows us to get the documents processed much quicker than any other platform. **What do you dislike about Vinesign?** I don't have anything I dislike about Vinesign. I have enjoyed using it on a daily basis and never had any issues. **What problems is Vinesign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Processing documents quickly by using the texting clients feature. ### 4. The tool is best for people always sending contracts and files. they provide custom branding with our brand elements and domain. Also have a good user management level. Have analytics which shows the engagement. **What do you dislike about Vinesign?** The tools provide minimal support for integration and setup. The learning curve and approval process is high **What problems is Vinesign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps to send forms, contracts and files with e-signature. The tool is not as we expected and not align with our usecase of automating with our sales system ### 5. A worthy component for the Filevine user **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Rob C. | Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2024 **What do you like best about Vinesign?** Vinesign integrates flawlessly with Filevine, during the document submission process it actually asks you to associate the outbound document with an existing Filevine project. Alternatively you can right click any doc/pdf file directly in Filevine and use the vinesign link to initiate a signature. Once a document has been signed it is automatically attached to the project. I couldn't imagine using a different eSign service since this integrates so seemlessly with Filevine. **What do you dislike about Vinesign?** There isn't any logic capability in the field placement (which is something that Adobe eSign had) - for example if I wanted this *field* or this *field* completed by the recipient, but not both... well, it doesn't do that! It's the same for checkboxes, some times I would want the signer to have the ability to select one OR the other box, but sadly it can't do that. Vinesign doesn't allow company rebranding. I would want our company logo on all outbound Vinesign emails - some of our clients aren't familiar with Vinesign and question if it's a document from our office. There are a number of field types missing from the 'standard fields' list, there isn't a radio option or a dropbox field. **What problems is Vinesign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mailing out documents for signature is expensive and incredibly time consuming. vinesign helps automate that process. One thing it is missing -- eNotarization, but I gather that's a complicated arrangement! ### 6. It is much easier to send multiple documents on a more frequest basis. **What do you dislike about Vinesign?** The least helpful or downside is trying to manipulate the signature and initial boxes to fit within the document. It seems like an extra, uneccessary step. The boxes should be autosized when you place them **What problems is Vinesign solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am unaware of any problems that are currently being worked on ### 7. This is extremly helpful when operationg a large company, that requires numourous applications as it is. This cuts down on IT costs, billing adn account management for multiple services. ### 11.
