They are a very welcoming company to work with. I get occasional phone calls from them asking if there is anything that I need or any feedback that I can provide. If I ever have any questions I can easily contact them via phone, email or via a live chat service. They are also based in the UK so there aren't any outsourced tech support. They also offer charity organisation discounts on the total percentage they take off of the ticket sales which is nice. Overall I am very glad that we opted to use this company rather than others that were on offer. They are also very compliant when it comes to Data Protection, they have emailed me thoroughly about the changes that they are making to make sure that myself and them are compliant with the new GDPR that goes live in May 2018. What problems is TicketSource solving and how is that benefiting you?
I help a local drama group sell tickets for their shows using TicketSource. The online presence is incredibly useful, as well as the web interface is easy to use as well.
