**What do you like best about TicketLeap?**

Ticket sales management and the ability to pull ticket sales reports.

**What do you dislike about TicketLeap?**

Too many fees for each ticket sale, not cost effective for our nonprofit purposes.

We no longer use TicketLeap for nonprofit fundraising purposes.

**What do you like best about TicketLeap?**

It's very user-friendly and easy to set up events, sell tickets, check-in attendees and pull reports.

**What do you dislike about TicketLeap?**

It lacks several common features like selling whole tables, rectangular tables, etc.

You can't design attendee emails with many features, they're very plain text-based and boring.

**Recommendations to others considering TicketLeap:**

Do your research and see if it has all of the features you need as they don't really do any upgrades or take customer comments into much consideration.

Ticket sales and check-in for events, reporting on events.

I like the ability to customize ticket sales page and to sell tickets. 

**What do you dislike about TicketLeap?**

It is not user friendly. I don’t know if it has anything to do with my browser. However, when I first started using it, it seemed self explanatory. The last time I attempted to use it, it seemed like I was not able to grasp the concept.

The inception is great if you have the patience to figure out the complexity of the site.

Ticketleap made it very easy for us to sell tickets without handling money or physical tickets. 

**What do you dislike about TicketLeap?**

One of the functions allowing patrons to select their own seat does not work on a mobile device - only a desktop/laptop computer. 

**Recommendations to others considering TicketLeap:**

Highly recommend if you do not need or want physical ticketing for an event. Very efficient system.

Ticketleap made ticketed performances much easier for us. Highly recommend.

**What do you like best about TicketLeap?**

I really don't have anything positive I can say about this ticketing website. 

**What do you dislike about TicketLeap?**

First, as a customer I purchasing tickets and the drop down menu kept changing the total ticket purchase!!  Then when I called to adjust for a credit or refund I called, emailed & wrote on their Facebook page just to get pushed around and eventually no response or outcome at all! 

**What problems is TicketLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Will never do business with them again and will strongly deter clients away from them as well.

Nothing. I literally hate this app. I wish that we used a different one. It makes working door for my company very hard.

Everything. I literally hate this app. I wish that we used a different one. It makes a working door for my company very hard. 
It crashes on me. The program is slow and awkward to navigate.

**What do you like best about TicketLeap?**

I've jumped on Ticketleap 3 years ago because at the time I was looking for a easy-to-use and cheap tool/service to sell concert and events tickets. I did my trial (which already gives you a lot of feature) and at the end of the 30days I was amazed about how Ticketleap is easy and has very low fees. So definitely I say that the best thing I like of this tool is its easiness.

**What do you dislike about TicketLeap?**

When selling tickets usually you are looking to make money for your event, concert etc. Even if they actually have few $ fees on the ticket price this may not be a good solution for tiny shows/events and so young promoters.

**What problems is TicketLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Selling tickets. Early birds tickets. Pre-Order tickets. VIP Tickets.

I liked how easy it was to use and how it was catered to a smaller event. Lots of other ticket platforms are geared towards very big events.

Some attendees said some if the platform were not clear and perhaps difficult. I didn't have this problem, but maybe making it more user friendly for all ages and demographics.

It is really easy to set up an event and share it with your intended guest list. Social media tools are helpful for advertising, and simple to maneuver. Clean and tight website is inviting and professional. Love that there's no fee for free events.

**What do you dislike about TicketLeap?**

Not necessarily a flaw against Ticketleap, but potential guests may not be as familiar with Ticketleap as they are with a site like Eventbrite; raising brand awareness would be a good idea.

I enjoy how Ticketleap is easy to manage and navigate through. It's also nice to see newer competition against larger ticket selling sites. 

**What do you dislike about TicketLeap?**

It is not as mainstream as other vendor sites and more obscure to reference. 

**Recommendations to others considering TicketLeap:**

The product makes sense for smaller companies, but I would recommend more brand recognition on social media sites so that it become more mainstream. it's harder to direct people to this service when they aren't familiar with it by name.

We haven't had any issues to solve, but it is nice to have another product at our disposal.

I like the clean look of it.  It was also very easy to use and doesn't take a lot of effort to get an event up and running.

I'm not sure there was anything I disliked.

I present dance shows and I need a way for my audience to purchase tickets.  Ticketleap has helped me with that.
