**What do you like best about Tix?**

Absolutely thrilled with this ticketing program! Its user-friendly interface simplifies every aspect of event management. Also, I must commend the exceptional customer support provided by Tix. Any queries or concerns are swiftly addressed by their knowledgeable and courteous team, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.

**What do you dislike about Tix?**

I dont' have anything to report about disliking!

**What problems is Tix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having reserved seating is a beast, and Tix makes the process manageable! The interface was intuitive, making it easy to select seats and complete my booking quickly. With the new and improved seating chart, I love being able to see the entire venue.

**What do you like best about Tix?**

If you want to create some events, you can easily use Tix to create that without facing any difficulties or any learning. This app has a lot of features with easy event editing options.

**What do you dislike about Tix?**

Some of the minor options are not able to be altered by us, it needs a lot of space but apart from this I do not think that they have any dislike so far, so yes best product to use.

**What problems is Tix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is most helpful to make an event registration and ticketing program, their box office is good and very easy to use for both staff and for the customer, so yes I must say this is a very beneficial app to use.

**What do you like best about Tix?**

What I like about the Tix is it helps in state of art, it is a ticketing based system. here we get a lot features of ticketing solutions for promoters, producers, festivals, and more

**What do you dislike about Tix?**

Sometimes we have to face some glitches from where person go to the other website with less convenience fees. And some minor option are not available, so these are the thing which is dislike for this product, otherwise this is best.

**What problems is Tix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps in a ticketing in a various way like  event registration, night clubs, festivals, theatres etc, So yes I must say this is very beneficial for all of those people who book tickets.

**What do you like best about Tix?**

What I like the most about Tix is that it helps me to quickly get tickets to things I am looking to take part in, wheater it's part of the company or an external event.

**What do you dislike about Tix?**

The thing that is least helpful about Tix is that plenty of other websites out there can be used for the same purpose and sometimes with lower convenience fees.

**What problems is Tix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to buy and help create and attend events in the company and outside of it for personal use. I think it has a good spot in the market with TicketMaster.

**What do you like best about Tix?**

Tix makes it very easy to create events. The mobile app is very feature rich and offers easy event edition options. The pricing is great and the support is also top-notch.

**What do you dislike about Tix?**

The Ui is very basic and can use an uplift. It also shows customer salutations incorrectly and the search function is a hot and miss. Email receipts sometimes end up going to a customer's spam.

**What problems is Tix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to sell our webinars and corporate session to our Fintech audience base in the north american market. We were looking for an affordable ticketing solution and Tix was perfect for our use case.

**What do you like best about Tix?**

Our Tix Support Representative is phenomenal.  Silvia Mahoney is quick to respond and very efficient with any issues or questions that arrise.
We find this one of the most important things we need for our business.

**What do you dislike about Tix?**

Reports were a little confusing when multiple staff members were pulling reports.  There are many avenues to start a report, and we were coming up with discrepancies in end numbers.
We were able to come to a resolution once each staff member was able to talk to our Tix Rep Silvia. She guided each person on what report to use depending on their info needed.

**What problems is Tix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google and Apple wallet are a great addition.  Love time slot maps as they help eliminate clutter on our website.

Exceptional personalized service at an unbeatable price. The ease of use for both staff and customers. New features and improvements are added frequently.

**What do you dislike about Tix?**

Some minor options are not able to be altered by us (fortunately, Tix handles them quickly for us). Promoters are used to ubiquitous Ticketmaster,some dislike alternatives.

**What problems is Tix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a government-owned facility, costs are subject to review. Getting such quality at the best price is win-win. Reliable service means I can meet deadlines.

Easy. User friendly. Lots of reports that are good once you figure them out

**What do you dislike about Tix?**

Need cell phone space, option for customer to not have a choice of how to obtain their tickets - mostly by text

**What problems is Tix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hopefully working on getting a cell phone space.  Most people now only use their cell phones

It is incredibly helpful during the process of setting up an account, creating our events, and generating reports. The prompt responses to questions were greatly appreciated!

Some of the features can be cumbersome/diffuclut to access - they take some getting used to

**What do you like best about Tix?**

Customer Service is very quick to respond when I have questions. Fees are low. It is easy to set up events.

**What do you dislike about Tix?**

Customers have to make an account to purchase tickets. This is easy to do and pretty standard in ticketing programs, but a lot of our less computer savvy customers complain about this.

It is much easier to keep track of purchases. Customers can choose seats directly.

**What do you like best about Tix?**

We use TIX once a year for our year end productions, 4 shows at 4 different times, so we are not a BIG user, but they make you feel like you are! Obviously this is a big deal for us and our clients, so when we decided three years ago to take this big step for us , TIX was there and ever since it's just plain easy and stress free. It really has helped our bottom line, it's just so easy for our clients to use, we use to have people show up 7 days prior to ticket day and stay in our parking lot 24/7 until the big day, no more, just sit in font of your computer.

**What do you dislike about Tix?**

Can not recall a problem that we have experienced.

Try it!

**What problems is Tix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients are happy, ticket day use to be a 4-6 hour event, now it's completed in 30 minutes without anyone leaving their home. 

In the past we would lose clients due to this one day, no more!

**What do you like best about Tix?**

Tix is the best service I have found to deliver a ticketing product that meets our needs and includes 24/7 customer support via phone.  We are able to have our patrons purchase via phone at anytime without having to contact our offices.

**What do you dislike about Tix?**

The only negative I have is not being able to customize the color of the ticket stock.

**What problems is Tix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to to our event ticketing in-house, but with cutbacks had to find an outside vendor.  This has led to more capacity for myself and still great support for our membership.
