We had a very limited time frame, a minimal budget, and one individual we could dedicate to getting this app built and working. - We saved at least $13,000 on just the creation of the app compared to the lowest bids we got. Compared to some of the other medium-sized software companies, the savings are well over $20,000. All companies we contacted estimated a completion time of three months or more. - We had a single point of contact for the entire project. He never got frustrated with my change requests and late calls for help. Like most anything, there is a learning curve with the UI, but that is to be expected. It is easy to modify a quote, and prospects are amazed at how quickly we are able to give them a proposal/quote. It is very easy to get new users up and running, with a very short learning curve (30 minutes or less!). Adding new products and services is relatively easy, as is updating prices. It has eliminated a lot of wasted time for our salespeople, and our customers comment on how professional and detailed our quotes are. I found SpreadsheetWeb to be optimal for my needs. The platform is robust and reliable, and it supports almost all of the Excel functions I use regularly. The UI is very flexible but, of course, has a learning curve to overcome (see below). However, technical support is very responsive and extremely helpful. I also appreciate the many examples and templates they have to offer. In many cases, I was able to overcome difficulties by loading and running the examples to learn how to achieve the functionality I needed. **What do you dislike about SpreadsheetWEB?** Like all no-code apps, there is a learning curve to overcome. But, as mentioned above, technical support is very responsive and helpful when I have questions. One area I have yet to master is the use of style sheets. More examples and tutorials on how to do this would be helpful, such as a use case for style sheets. **What problems is SpreadsheetWEB solving and how is that benefiting you?** I developed an application that assists users in selecting the optimal vendor for the services they need. But it can't serve the purpose of field testing well. We are excited to use SSW to improve our relationships with the people who most influence whether our products get used. SSW is easy and intuitive to use. A person with good Excel skills can deploy a web tool with no knowledge whatsoever of HTML, Java, etc. and easily update it as needed. And, if you do tricky things beyond the capabilities of the SSW Wizard, the Pagos team is there to support you. And, using SSW adds the Pagos team to your team. They are honestly incredible in terms of resourcefulness, responsiveness, and quality of work. Everything about it, for us, has been great. **What problems is SpreadsheetWEB solving and how is that benefiting you?** SSW has helped cut turnaround time by 80% to 90% from initial math to final web application! What took us 3 to 6 months, now takes 2 to 3 weeks! We can also run macros easily on the web. That was a constant sore spot for years. Now it's easy to do!
