My teams like the community engagement of SlideShare as we can like, comment on and even download presentations. SlideShare supports all formats which is very helpful for content creation. My team does not like the interface of SlideShare as it becomes so much sophisticated a lot of times due to all the advertisements appearing alongside the presentation. SlideShare is a good place to to see other people's work and presentations. I find it very useful when a subject is condensed Ina presentation and I am able to access it.
