**What do you like best about Showell?**

We LOVE how user friendly it is. It is so easy to navigate for our sales team. We have team members that are not very tech savvy, and this has made it super easy for them in particular to use and share links to their customers/prospects. We have been on the hunt for a platform/app just like this, and everyone is thrilled with it and really uses it frequently now - finding a resource/tool our team would actually use was a big challenge, and this worked beautifully because they made it easy. It's simple to setup, add files/videos and use We love that it is easily accessible and available via both desktop or mobile. It is also great how many different features it allows you to control and set up. 

Our team LOVES that they can see when someone has opened the links they sent them, and they can see how many times the person has opened the links.  That has been a key feature our team really values.

The customer service is outstanding and super fast - they all jump on it to fix whatever you need quickly, and they will continue to follow up to ensure you got the help you needed. From our initial sales guy to our account manager and customer service, each one has been incredibly sweet and on top of it to work with.

I cannot say enough good things about this app. If you're looking for something simple to store and share assets with your team that your team will actually use, this would be it.

**What do you dislike about Showell?**

There's honestly nothing we dislike about it - really don't have any negatives.

**What problems is Showell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showell has:
1. Enabled our team to actually use the tool/resource we provide. Getting your team to actually use the resource you provide them can be difficult and was for us. They would ask where's this or where's that to share with their customers, and I don't have that problem anymore. The variety of content it enables me to share like videos, flyers, etc. to have housed in one place has been a game changer. 
2. Shown our Sales team who actually interacts with the shared assets they are sending. We had no way to quantify that before as to who's opening vs. who's not what we send.
3. Given our Sales team a way to easily send things while on the road during their travels. They don't have to open their computer and can send right from there app. We were looking for an app to do this, and this is the perfect one.
4. Made it super easy to share all of our assets with the team

**What do you like best about Showell?**

I use Showell as a tool to show our showroom to my customers and have the opportunity to be with the customer without having to be on-site. I always have everything with me. Presentations are all stored in one place and I can make them available to the customer afterwards. I have all products available in the online showroom and can share webinars, which gives me many options with which I am very flexible. I can access from many devices, whether it's the laptop in the car or the mobile phone. The features are very extensive with videos, PowerPoints, and PDFs. Everything is in one place and I don't have to search for anything anymore, but can directly structure and find everything. The setup was uncomplicated.

**What do you dislike about Showell?**

Making the files available offline takes a lot of time.

**What problems is Showell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Showell to structure customer presentations and make them easily accessible. It centrally stores videos, PowerPoints, and PDFs, which provides me with flexibility and saves me from searching.

**What do you like best about Showell?**

Showell has become a genuinely valuable tool for our team. The platform makes it incredibly easy to share files with our end-users and partners without any of the usual hassle that comes with large attachments or complicated links. The feature we rely on most is the ability to collect the necessary materials and generate a single, secure link that can be embedded directly into an email. It streamlines communication and ensures that even large files are delivered safely and reliably.

Another major advantage of using Showell is the analytics. Being able to see which resources are opened, viewed, or downloaded gives us meaningful insight into what our audience finds most useful. These insights help us refine our content and understand which tools are truly making an impact. It is a platform that our teams use daily, and that shows in our analytics. 

Overall, the upsides of Showell are clear: effortless file sharing, confident delivery of large assets, and data-driven understanding of resource engagement. It has become a smooth and dependable part of our workflow, continuing to support us in delivering the right content to the right people.

**What do you dislike about Showell?**

One aspect we find somewhat limiting about Showell is the precision of its search functionality. Although the platform is generally effective for browsing and retrieving files, searching for specific documents, particularly within a large librarycan feel rather basic. The search feature does not always provide the refined filtering or advanced options found in tools like Google Scholar, such as filtering by keyword, date, file type, tags, or relevancy. However, it's possible that we may not be tagging our files correctly or might not be using the search features to their full potential.

**What problems is Showell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showell solves a very real and familiar problem for us: the sudden panic of being out in the field and realising we didn’t download the right documents before a meeting. With everything stored and accessible in one place, it removes that stress entirely. Whether we’re on the move, meeting customers, or responding to unexpected questions, we know we can pull up the information we need instantly.

It’s also incredibly useful at exhibitions. We use Showell on an iPad to display brochures, product sheets, and other resources in a clean, professional way. It keeps everything organised, looks great for customers, and removes the need for carrying around stacks of printed materials.

Overall, Showell gives us confidence and flexibility. It keeps our content accessible, consistent, and ready to use wherever we are.

**What do you like best about Showell?**

We did a thorough analysis on what options and tools were available on the market and we found that Showell was the best fit for us and we have been using it now for seven years. We have a global network of salespeople all over the world and Showell has proven to be a great tool to effectively deliver the content. Our sales team has found Showell to be very easy and fun to use. It enables our sales team to make a professional appearance with customers. Also, the admin side is fast and easy to use. The analytics features provide useful information for admins. There is a lot of useful functionality in the Showell app, and the functionality has been developing constantly. The Showell support has been working excellently, whenever we have had any questions. We have seen a great return on the investment in Showell. We recommend any sales team to take a serious look at Showell before choosing a sales enablement solution.

In the beginning we missed some functionality, but that has been added along the way.

**What do you like best about Showell?**

Showell is excellent for presenting and sharing materials with customers. It allows us to easily monitor which of our materials are current and provides insight into how they are being used and downloaded. The analytics feature offers a clear overview of which materials are actually being viewed, which helps us refine and improve the structure of our content.

Setting up the system was fairly simple, but have to add a caveat for the fact that I'd been using the same system previously, so didn't have to start learning from scratch.

Showell support and our sales rep are quick to help when there are any  troubles with the system.

**What do you dislike about Showell?**

Not much to dislike. Occasional hiccoughs have been dealt with quickly and professionally.

It helps us keep our sales materials up to date and see how they are being used and viewed. This helps us present up-to-date information to our customers and prospects.

Things can be well structured and there is easy access to the information you need

Sometimes loading videos is really slow. Seems that the hosting services could be improved to be able to use it properly. Like sometimes I have to get access to some video to show it to a customer and it is stopping all the time, so I have to switch to youtube, that loads faster to show some materials that I can find.

It has a good library of materials that I need and they are structured in an intuitive way so that you can find what you need in most of the cases

**What do you like best about Showell?**

We love so many things about Showell, but our top three would be:
1) Analytics: Our sales team loves the analytics providing real time feedback regarding open rates and engagement with documents shared with prospective and current customers.
2) Easy Back End Integration & Management of Content: The interface on the admin and user side is intuitive, easy-to-use and when needed - our Showell Customer Success Manager - Jonna is an email away. 
3) Easily Scalable & Teachable: Showell has enabled our company to scale easily. We have grown from a handful of users to over 50 in little over a year. It has provided us with a professional customer facing digital showroom used by our team everyday.

**What do you dislike about Showell?**

It is hard to think of something we dislike. Our onboarding was incredibly smooth. The backend integration and syncing to One Drive is pretty seamless. Like any tool, it took some time to cater our content and learn all the features, but their team was instrumental in helping us build it correctly from the start.

**What problems is Showell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are multiple problems Showell is solving for our company:
1) Ensuring our sales team has access to and is using the latest versions of presentations and tools
2) Sharing of large files (presentations and webinars) with prospective and current customers
3) Providing different view for different types of sales employees (Direct vs. Distributor resources)

**What do you like best about Showell?**

I appreciate Showell for the ability to share content directly with customers without intermediate storage, which makes the process quick and efficient. The platform significantly facilitates teamwork through its share-collaboration features, allowing us to provide our own content and collaborate effectively with colleagues. I find the ability to use it offline at trade shows particularly advantageous, as it greatly enhances our flexibility and presentation capabilities. Showell's analytics feature is also excellent, as it allows me to track customer activities and interests by seeing when and how often a customer views my documents or which content is specifically interesting to them. Finally, I really liked the user-friendliness when uploading content, which reduces administrative effort.

**What do you like best about Showell?**

I really appreciate Showell for its simple user experience that allows for easy shareability and consistency. It has significantly improved our approach by replacing our legacy file-sharing method.  A key feature for me is the ability to effortlessly tailor the branding, look, and feel of the platform, giving our clients and prospects the impression that they are engaging with a system custom-made by us.   It has allowed us to create a professional interface akin to Seismic at a fraction of the cost while retaining essential features. Additionally, the initial setup was quite easy, with focused onboarding sessions and pre-work that helped us quickly understand the system and navigate through the platform effectively.

**What do you dislike about Showell?**

I find the platform could benefit from a drag-and-drop feature for content management. As an admin, moving content around, ordering it, and customizing shares would be significantly easier with this functionality, enhancing the overall user experience. Additionally, there's room for improvement in allowing users to see more easily who has access from their team to each share, which would facilitate better collaboration and tracking of content usage.

I love how Showell offers a comprehensive suite of features that make it a truly exceptional tool for our marketing and sales teams. I can see how prospects engage with each document as a whole and drill down to view per-page analytics. This level of insight is invaluable as it reveals how long viewers stay on each page, empowering us to understand our audience's engagement patterns better. **What do you like best about Showell?**

I appreciate that Showell allows salespeople to have all the necessary sales support tools, such as brochures, product presentations, videos, and other commercial documents, available offline. This is particularly beneficial in our sector where agricultural businesses and farmers often do not have internet access. The offline functionality is therefore really interesting as it allows for product presentations even in areas without internet. Furthermore, I positively evaluate the responsiveness of Showell's support, which is remarkable and highly appreciated, as it contributes to a better user experience by quickly resolving encountered issues.

**What do you dislike about Showell?**

I find several aspects of Showell that could be greatly improved. Firstly, it takes a lot of time for users to become fully operational, mainly due to the lack of intuitiveness when logging in with the domain name 'kvernelandgroup' instead of the email, which often leads to blockages and calls to support. Then, the stability of the content is a recurring issue: sometimes, French dealers access content in English instead of French, and some presentations that are supposed to be viewable offline require an unexpected download. This becomes very problematic when our salespeople are in meetings without an internet connection. Moreover, the content hierarchy is complex, requiring up to six clicks to access a presentation, which discourages use. The contact form is also unstable, sometimes non-functional offline, and can lead to data loss during entry. Finally, the fact that videos are not accessible offline is a significant handicap for our sales team.

I use Showell to provide salespeople with essential sales tools offline, which is crucial in areas without internet connection. This improves their ability to present and sell our products effectively.

Currently, we have not found any significant drawbacks or areas needing improvement. However, if I were to suggest something, it would be the introduction of a tool or matrix that simplifies linking customers to documents. This feature would truly add value.

I would particularly like to highlight the excellent support and the fast, competent assistance. Open questions are usually clarified in the shortest possible time, and working with the Showell team is always pleasant and solution-oriented.

Another big plus: Showell actively responds to customer feedback. Some features we requested have actually been implemented – which shows that our needs are taken seriously and the platform is continuously being developed further.

I love how easy Showell is to use and that it lets me present without any limitations. I can access my presentations without WiFi on my laptop anywhere, and I can always practice my presentations in person. The ability to save presentations offline and use the application on my phone to utilize my presentations is very valuable to me.

Sometimes Showell doesn't sync with my app, and it's occasionally slow to load. I find uploading files could be easier too.

Managing and updating sales and marketing materials is simple and efficient, ensuring that teams always have access to the latest content. I highly recommend Showell to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly content management solution for sales and marketing.

As a downside, some formatting details (such as shadows) occasionally break, and the image quality can sometimes decrease when uploading or converting files. However, this is a fairly common issue across many similar platforms, and it can often be minimized by slightly adjusting the original presentation before uploading.

I love how Showell makes browsing price lists easy and fast, which positively impacts my work efficiency. The ability to search for products within these lists so effortlessly is a significant advantage. As the main administrator, I find adding and removing users quite manageable with Showell's platform. I’ve been using Schowell for more than three years, mainly to share information, prepare offers, and run presentations with clients. Over time it has become a very practical tool in my daily work.

What I value most is the simplicity — it keeps everything organized in one place, so I don’t need to jump between different files or programs when meeting with customers. It’s intuitive, reliable, and makes client discussions flow more smoothly.

One limitation I’ve found is that PowerPoint presentations with animations don’t work on the platform — they need to be uploaded as static PDFs. Still, for the way I use it, this hasn’t been a major issue.

The tool offers a professional way to share materials to customers, and the interface is intuitive and easy to use. Also the possibility to track how your customers are engaging with the shared materials is really valuable.

A small downside that comes to mind is that if slides are edited from the original presentation by an admin, users do not get a preview of the changes before they have to either accept or decline the changes in their own presentations.  (Users can build presentations within Showell by picking slides from different presentation materials available in the platform).

From an admin point-of-view it provides a centralized platform where we can organize all our sales materials in one place. The tool offers a professional way for the sales team to present and share content with customers. So I find the app/software as a whole very intuitive on the whole, and I use it a lot as a result.
It's clearly laid out, but also has nice animations that make presentations etc pop to potential clients. 
I was at an event yesterday, and we had an medical architect comment on the smoothness of the system, he also said we must spend a lot on it!
It's easy to log in, easy to navigate, and is easy to install and log in on any device in my experience

**What do you dislike about Showell?**

Having to sync the information on Showell offline if you don't have wifi is sometimes a difficulty, and the software sometimes goes slower if you haven't got good internet.
Not really issues with the product/software itself.
More customization would be good from a user point of view, although again this would be set by my admin as I use it in a company for product overviews etc.

The visual guides that are otherwise physical and cumbersome samples etc - Showell puts them in a clear but elegant design.

The training sessions for admins and the users were good. 
We managed to get our salesteam to use Showell within a relatively short timeframe. 
We have some sales representatives who manage to follow up on documents that have been sent around in customers offices. they can stay much closer to a hot lead now. 
We have been using Showell succesfully for follow-up after fairs and it proves to be usefull.
When I have a question, I can email to support and they reply with a helpful answer by the next day, which is great.

**What do you dislike about Showell?**

Set a thumbnail per item in a folder. When sometimes, like for .dwg files, I wish I could set them all at once.
My sales representative makes presentations in Showell, and then wishes to export it as a .pptx, which is currently not possible. We find it hard to share this presentation with the whole sales team.

Follow-up of leads we have met on a business fair. 
Sharing files and overviews with customers. 
Replacing Wetransfer by a tool that allows follow-up.

Working in the creative and digital sector I have always had issues with presenting large file format presentations with live video and large file size assets.  This playform enables our marketing and product teams to produce and manage presentations libraries which I can select for executive breifings,  full product and service presentations and information sharing with clients to a very professional standard.  They great thing about that is the links never expire,  the content can be updated and enhanced over time behind the link,  the tracking and analytics helps with understanding who is viewing and for how long... Its just a great presentation sharing portal and we love it at Mood Media.
Its been great to set up and simple to use,  customer services has been super responsive working with our marketing team and supporting discussions. 
We use the product every day and its beocming part of our key delivery solution due to its easy integration into our presentations and sharing of information with our clients.

Nothing at this point we can find... there are some areas for improvement which we know the team are working on to make files and the contents more flexible to use and better for live presentation.

There are no serious downsides but it annoys me that PowerPoint embedded videos are lost in transfer so you need to add the video separately.
