**What do you like best about Shipturtle?**

Shipturtle brings together a wide range of multi-vendor marketplace functionality in one app, which has been really helpful for launching and managing our Shopify marketplace. We’ve been able to use it for vendor management, seller workflows, commissions, payouts, order management and broader marketplace operations.

The biggest upside has been the support. Jaineel and the team have been responsive, patient and hands-on throughout our setup and launch process, and genuinely committed to helping us get everything set up properly.

**What do you dislike about Shipturtle?**

Because Shipturtle supports a lot of marketplace functionality, there is a learning curve during setup, especially when configuring more advanced workflows or understanding how different features connect. Some areas can take time to get familiar with, but the support team has been very helpful and responsive in guiding us through the process.

**What problems is Shipturtle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shipturtle is helping us solve the operational complexity of running a multi-vendor marketplace on Shopify.

It allows us to manage vendors, seller workflows, commissions, payouts, order management and marketplace operations in a more structured way, rather than trying to handle everything manually or across multiple disconnected tools.

For us, the biggest benefit is being able to scale our marketplace with clearer processes for sellers and internal operations. It gives us a stronger foundation to onboard vendors, manage orders and support marketplace growth more efficiently.

**What do you like best about Shipturtle?**

What we like most about Shipturtle is how well it solves the vendor‑side workflow for a Shopify marketplace. The vendor dashboard is clean, easy for non‑technical partners to use, and makes catalog updates (pricing, inventory, product creation) much faster for everyone involved. It significantly reduces manual work for our team and helps vendors feel more independent. Customer support has also been responsive and willing to help us customize certain flows. Overall, it’s a tool that really simplifies running a multi‑vendor operation on Shopify.

**What do you dislike about Shipturtle?**

The UI still has room to become more intuitive. While the functionality is strong, some screens feel cluttered and require extra steps, which can make onboarding slightly slower for vendors who are not very tech‑savvy. We’ve seen continuous improvements, so it’s clearly evolving, but UX polish is still an area where Shipturtle could go further. Aside from that, everything else has worked well for our use case.

**What problems is Shipturtle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shipturtle solves one of the biggest challenges in running a Shopify‑based marketplace: giving vendors a clean, independent way to manage their own catalogs without relying on our internal team. Before using Shipturtle, all product edits, price changes, and catalog updates required manual coordination, emails, and delays. Now vendors can update their products directly while we still maintain full control through approvals and permissions. This has reduced operational workload, improved catalog accuracy, and sped up the onboarding process for new vendors. In short, Shipturtle helps us scale — more vendors, more products, less friction — while keeping everything centralized and structured.

I love the fact that Shipturtle has a simple and easy-to-use interface, which makes managing multivendor operations on our Shopify store much more efficient. **What do you like best about Shipturtle?**

I really like the Shipturtle team, as they are very attentive and offer great support. I consider the C2C marketplace functionality to be especially valuable. Additionally, features like shipping, the ability to make an offer, and the option to write directly to the seller are very useful and greatly facilitate the transaction process. The initial setup of Shipturtle was very easy for me, which made the transition very smooth. I would recommend Shipturtle to any friend or colleague, it's a 10 in my opinion.

I don't like the translation function in Shipturtle, as it could be improved.

I use Shipturtle for the C2C marketplace, facilitating shipments, making offers, and communicating with sellers, which improves transactions.

We’ve been using Shipturtle for about 8 months after moving from Puppet Vendor, seeking a more comprehensive solution for our multi-vendor marketplace. Although the journey started with some technical bumps, Shipturtle’s team was always by our side, helping us navigate every challenge. The platform is easy to use, well-structured, and offers great value for money. They recently supported a custom shipping integration and handled it with fairness and professionalism. Our experience has evolved into a collaborative, trusting relationship — and that’s something we deeply value.

**What do you dislike about Shipturtle?**

Some integrations (particularly with European shipping providers) didn’t function as smoothly as expected, and the workflow took longer to stabilize than we had hoped. However, the team worked with us to resolve them, including offering fair alternatives.

Shipturtle makes multi-vendor management incredibly smooth and efficient. I love how easy it is to onboard vendors, assign orders, and track shipments—all from a single dashboard. With Shipturtle, order routing, shipping label generation, and vendor-wise inventory sync are fully automated. This has significantly reduced our operational load, improved order accuracy, and enhanced the overall customer experience. It allows us to scale faster without needing a large operations team.

Everything is good overall. My only feedback would be to offer a few add-ons for free or lower the price of the add-ons. Doing so could help smaller brands remain loyal to the platform over time.

So far, the only thing is at some places it's not customizable by CSS, and for the add-ons, some of the explanations are a bit vague. Would love some easily accessible resources or examples to know how to apply the features and how they would be beneficial.
