**What do you like best about Sharenote?**

The reporting system is easy to use.....

**What do you dislike about Sharenote?**

Sharenote, does not allow you to go back when opening notes.....you have to go back to dashboard and start over.

Overall the system is pretty good. The notes, the diagnosis code.

**What do you dislike about Sharenote?**

The way it can run slow sometimes. The calendar sometimes says something went wrong.

None, None, None. They are always there to help.

Found all information needed. i don't know.

Client's information is everywhere instead of having them in one place

Locating the appropriate section to find information.

The calendar. Finding BIRP note is easy.

**What do you dislike about Sharenote?**

Just about everything else. I need more alerts for authorizations, the upcoming sessions, etc.

I do not know.

All notes can be reviewed in one place by the supervisors as well as the insurance companies 

**What do you dislike about Sharenote?**

The site can be very slow at times, and does not save the info if for some reason you are logged out. 

**What problems is Sharenote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can review all of my staffs notes, and submit them for billing all in one place
