**What do you like best about RecruitBot?**

The best feature, is after rating some of the candidates yourself, the recruitbot is able to identify the ratings of candidates for you! This helps your sourcing/recruiting efforts be more faster and efficient! Its easy to understand and been a great source for candidates so far!

**What do you dislike about RecruitBot?**

I really have no complaints! Very easy to use!

**What problems is RecruitBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its making the sourcing/recruiting process more fast and efficient!

Two small suggestions that may help search efforts - is adding a search by candidate name under the "All" candidates page. There have been a few times I have forgotten to download a resume and had to skim back through my lists of previously engaged candidates to find a specific candiate (takes me a few-5 minutes if I have a list of hundres of candidates).  So, it would maybe be helpful if we could search previous "interested candidates" by name (:

Another small suggestion for the same "All" candidates page is - possibly creating an option to search previous engaged candidates that ONLY had military experience. The other day I wanted to only look at my previous military canddiates I reached out to but there was not a way I could see specifically just the Military ones. Maybe there could be a DEI search option?

I think the chat AI in messaging can be improved

Getting further contact details on candidates and finding candidates that might not be visible in a quick search.

**What do you like best about RecruitBot?**

The database is huge, customer service is amazing, it is easy to reach out. We use this tool daily. It is easy to integrate into our ATS. This is all of your favorite tools rolled into one. Easy to implement. 

I love being able to search and send campaigns off of one tool. In the past, I have had to purchase LinkedIn recruiter, AND Gem or Interseller to do what this product does. 

The cost is amazing in comparison.

**What do you dislike about RecruitBot?**

I dislike that the price might go up when people learn about it. I almost didn't write this review so I could selfishly get all of this value at my current price!

Even then, it will be cheaper than LinkedIn recruiter and Gem separately.

**What problems is RecruitBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ML helps us organize our candidates to save us sourcing time so we can focus more on the rest of the cycle.

Easy to use
Having the contact info reveal feature built in is nice

AI/ML predictor isn't super effective for more niche/nuanced searches

I really enjoy the various links to different social sites and how easy it is to navigate.

Emails aren't always found and sometimes aren't always accurate.

We have a small number of sourcing tools and Recruitbot really functions to fill in the gaps between our limited sourcing tools and applicants.

**What do you like best about RecruitBot?**

The sorting of candidates based on a rating system which provides a level of confidence in the investment of (our) time spent sourcing talent. Also, the outreach function allows for one-touch campaigns and the set-and-forget automated subsequent touches (able to be easily paused/restarted) really frees one's time up.

**What do you dislike about RecruitBot?**

Can't point to anything I dislike at this point.  And that's saying something, as I "fight" with technology at every turn--and usually throw in the towel pretty early.  Thankfully, Arbee and Dan are extremely responsive, if and when I have a question or 6 :-)

**What problems is RecruitBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of marrying LinkedIn and a tool which helps automate outreach, with another game-changer in the ability to load multiple 5-Star Candidates into the tool for it to then scour the 590-million profiles it holds.

**What do you like best about RecruitBot?**

I love the dashboard where my team and I can see in a snap shot the stage we are in for every job order we have open.

When we get a job order in, we can begin right away with dining the right candidates and con ting them right through the platform. 

ReceuitBot has made it easy for our team to serve others well!

**What do you dislike about RecruitBot?**

We have had some issue with the LinkedIn links not being accurate or if someone has multiples they aren't listed. 

I also wish there was a higher contact credit per month.

RecruitBot has given my team another option besides LinkedIn Recruiter! It allows be to source and find candidates easily and track them through the process.

Most helpful would be the follow up drip emails that you can schedule.

**What do you dislike about RecruitBot?**

Not a fan of not being able to search by industry that can be important when recruiting especially in HR.

We are using right now as an additional resource to LinkedIn. It does find some additonal candidates but not a whole lot. It benefits me in the fact that quality candidates are becoming more and more harder to find so every candidate counts.

Intuitive navigation made the platform easy to use. The Greenhouse integration is also a huge plus for my team.

RecruitBot is highly intuitive, easily navigable and has excellent support.  This is a 'balanced' offering!

The 'skills' section of the search filter is not yet fully operational but I understand that it will be online in a matter of weeks.

The machine learning aspect of RecruitBot is allowing me to fine-tune my searches that result in the best quality candidates.

Built-in workflows to ensure that you're continuously moving roles and candidates through the pipeline. The Chrome extension on LinkedIn is also great so that it ties it all back into our tracking system.

**What do you dislike about RecruitBot?**

If you don't rate your first ~20 profiles correctly, you sometimes have to "start over" so that the machine learning doesn't present you with candidates that are totally off.

RecruitBot is easy to use and provides quick results. Dan and Cadi have been fantastic to work with and were super flexible with getting us up and using the tool.

If I had to come up with something I  dislike about RecruitBot, unlimited search options can initially feel a little overwhelming. This dislike is quite a nitpick, though.

RecruitBot is helping us identify potential candidates quickly and efficiently. It also provides an easy way to contact the people we discover through searches with minimal effort.

Easy to use, links up with Lever ATS seamlessly.  Makes outreach to passive candidates very simple and tracks them accordingly.  AI/ML is nice because it learns which candidates you like.

**What do you like best about RecruitBot?**

RecruitBot is a recruiting platform that helps identify possible candidates by running boolean searches in resumes and providing you with the most matching candidates based on your necessities. They've been very friendly in teaching us the features, as well as being very open to feedback.

**What do you dislike about RecruitBot?**

The team working on the platform has been very consistent in fixing issues reported on their platform. So far, I haven't found anything I dislike about the platform.

It is helping to solve the issue of sourcing/recruiting/managing/outreaching your candidate pool all in one platform while also managing to be cheaper than their competitors.
