I really appreciate how Prerender allows Google to crawl and render our pages as we would expect, which is perfect for our SEO purposes. It's great because we use React and JavaScript, and we're in a partially headless system. I find the platform for Prerender a little bit clunky and difficult to use. It's easy enough to find your way around it, I guess, once you know how, once you've clicked about a little bit, but I wouldn't say it's especially intuitive. Nor is it visually appealing. I find that Prerender's pricing is extremely poor, as they increase prices abusively without warning, sometimes tripling the costs from one month to the next. Moreover, the service often caches empty pages, which causes more problems than anything else. The initial installation experience was easy, but afterwards, we encountered numerous bugs and had to frequently communicate with support. Ultimately, although the product eventually worked correctly after overcoming these bugs, the fact that the price was increased just as everything was starting to work well is very frustrating.
