The search functionality in a list could be more robust. Most items won't pop up unless you get the word and spelling exactly right. The solution works well with our IT team, no other cons found. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to set up, it is easy to use, it provides us with really useful reports and the information hub has been invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing. For us the positives arising out of Planergy since day one have been excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fantastic software: Very user friendly, authority and access levels set exactly as a company needs them, full audit trails throughout, links with Sage. Support/ helpline second to none, always a fast response and problem always solved. Purchased to satisfy an observation (PO control process could be improved) during external audit, no queries from audit team since. Good value for money. System can be configured to suit requirements, you can make it more or less complicated as necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Export to Sage 50 could be improved but this may be a Sage issue and not Planergy? Multi-line invoices export with less detail than required and custom fields cannot export. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What is most helpful with Planergy is the company's willingness to continue improving their product so that we as a company can be more productive. Compared to its competitors, it is priced much more reasonably and has no monthly support fees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only dislike is some features that need to be added haven't been implemented yet. However, the company is working on solutions to better provide us the tools we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This tool is essentially a set of templates - both for PO content directly and the routing and approval processes based on the organization structure. Both work well and make completing and routing POs much easier than our old system of completing an out-of-date Excel file template and emailing it around to the list of recipients that aren't well documented. In our configuration, billing codes are not clearly defined as it's the finance department that manages which purchases are billed to which codes, but we, as the initiators, are asked to complete that information. It results in some back-and-forth with PO reviewers before approval. I'm sure that's more an issue of our specific implementation, however. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We like using Planergy because it is simple to use but extremely powerful. The customer service has been first-rate and goes far beyond our expectations. Setting the system up was simple and cost-effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have not experienced any major problems with the platform, Planergy has worked from day one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Set up and user roll out was fairly painless. We can get the information we need out of it - reporting is strong. Great for Purchase order management in particular. The support has also been quick and clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have found it pretty easy to use so far. Fairly painless / intuitive. Our main issues has been around having freelance colleagues adopt it which is not about the software but about our internal processes. The software does what it is meant to do and allows us to reconcile budgets efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like the best about Planergy is that it automatically creates my POs for me. Typically all I have to do is several clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When searching for PO's when you click to view one the search results are then lost, so if its not the correct PO you wish to view hitting back does not return to the search grid as was populated previously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user-friendly dashboard and search futures. The database was designed to be able to search by any data point to be able to find what we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Over the 3.5 years we've used it, there were features that were missing for our industry. However, the support and development team have been adding those as we go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its easy to set up, all information is in one hub , it streamlines our Purchase Orders and Accounts Payable, our staff love it because all purchasing is centralized and simplified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing really, we used other products on the market, and they were clunky compared to Planergy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
