**What do you like best about Pixpa?**

Pixpa is fast, reliable, and extremely smooth when loading client galleries. The design options are solid, with enough layout variations to customize each gallery to my brand. The mobile experience is excellent and fully optimized for small screens. Gallery management is well-thought-out and efficient, which saves me a lot of time. Clients can download their photos easily without complicated steps, and I appreciate the ability to match the branding perfectly to my website. The biggest highlight is customer support – they’re quick, friendly, and helped me with every question I had.

**What do you dislike about Pixpa?**

I’ve used several competing gallery systems in the past, and honestly, I can’t find anything significant to complain about in Pixpa. The service has been stable and meets all my needs.

Pixpa solves the need for a fast, reliable, and user-friendly way to deliver large client galleries. As a wedding photographer, I share thousands of photos every month, and Pixpa helps me manage everything smoothly. The platform also keeps my workflow organized, lets me maintain consistent branding, and ensures a great experience for every client who visits my galleries.

**What do you like best about Pixpa?**

I highly recommend Pixpa! They offer affordable pricing, exceptional customer service, and beautifully designed templates to choose from which easily customize if needed. When building my website anytime I had a question the customer service was instant through the chat and the instruction so easy to follow. for more ease the customer service will included a detailed video with steps. I switched from another website builder and couldn't be happier.

I love everything about Pixpa, I have not come across anything that would make me dislike it

with the previous website building company I was with I had a difficult time getting in touch with customer service. With Pixpa it's instant, pleasant and easy to follow.

**What do you like best about Pixpa?**

Easy-to-use tool for creating professional, up-to-date websites. A short learning curve is required to adjust and customize the already great-looking presets (if needed), but it's absolutely manageable. Most importantly, the chat support is fantastic: fast, personal, and highly effective. Any issues are resolved immediately—sometimes the team even steps in directly to fix things for you. I've always been impressed and grateful.

**What do you dislike about Pixpa?**

The connection between my domain host (DomainFactory) and Pixpa caused some issues, but that's not Pixpa's fault.

**What problems is Pixpa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creates website for non-pro users, especially for people with creative content. Easy to use with professional looking templates.

**What do you like best about Pixpa?**

Changing platforms is always a concern. The Pixpa response has been excellent. Shout out to Vinayak & Praveen have been excellent in their support and help. I am very good on the PC but I did not want to waste time navigating and relearning at a pace which would have meant my business was offline. So, I asked questions not thinking the response would save me time because of my previous experiences. Wow how wrong could I be. Excellent start up and advice. Simple video clips - what a great idea. My website is up and running and I could not have been more thankful as a small business in the United Kingdom. Some times small businesses gets overlooked or need to pay a ridiculous upfront cost in proportion to their needs. Big hank you to Pixpa and the team.

I did not take the chance and move my website sooner.

Most of my customers use mobile devices and so the ease to view and change look across desktop and mobile is essential.

The ease of use of their templates and the customization.  The ability to give a professional website right out of the box without paying astronomical prices for a web developer.  In addition I have never experience the level of customer support in any industry as I have with Pixpa.

There is nothing that i dislike about Pixpa.  That is the honest truth.  They have been noting but helpful and professional since i've used them.

Building a much better professional personal website for myself and my wife.  We started this a few years ago to start showcasing some of of travels and pixpa has provided this for us.

Lots of positives - overall easy to use the basics and create stunning, modern websites quickly.  Tons of features and tools and easy to get up and going.  Most importantly though is the incredible customer serivce they have! Documentation is good, live support is incredibly responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Pixpa?**

No complaints.  Obviously, anytime you are using a template/wizard/drag n' drop tool to create you'll have some limitations, and I knew that going into it.  However, it's a very well thought out system, with lots of good features.  The only thing negative i could say is that they offer a really good product and service, but with just a few more features and some tweaks they could be truly AMAZING.  They have a little work to do, but thats not a knock, its really just encouragement for them to keep working hard.

I had already bought a domain name but needed hosting and a builder. My biggest factor was price and Pixpa really met that need without compromising on features and service.

A very user friendly website builder. It’s easy enough to choose a template and start customizing!

Some parts of the builder can be glitchy or confusing at times. It’s hard to completely switch from one theme template to another by yourself, and sometimes the site would glitch on its own without me having changed anything. However, the staff was quick to help me solve my issues.

I was able to custom design my website really easy from css to a custom domain. All the tools and options were there.

They should have a way more documentation on their servers about possible issues, ways arounds and manuals of their softwsre. Possibly a community such as a forum.

Basic to intermediate level of features available for anyone to create an impressive looking website and e-ccomerce for your business.  Helpful customer service available between working hours and weekends. They offer various plans with competitive pricing

Lacking in some advanced features compared to have well known platforms but doesn't stop you creating an attractive website with the features it includes. I would like option to upload video directly to platform for places like product listings.  The only current way to show video is to link from YouTube.

Pixpa has offered me the best value regarding customisation, ease of use and price. I especially appreciate the ability to customise the mobile view of my website.

What I like most about Pixpa besides the beautiful template choices is the ease of use. I get so frustrated with building websites and Pixpa makes it easy.

The only downside is not being able to send emails via the website. I have to extract my contact emails and add them to my other email app.

**What do you like best about Pixpa?**

Pixpa's support is the best of any Product or Service I use.  Usage question on a Sunday? No problem, an answer is there within 2hrs. Something doesn't work, and it is fixed within 24 hrs. I am nearly worried about setting such high expectations, because I have gotten so used about non-existent or poor service. The whole process of building the website is straight forward, as is integrating a payment service (e.g. Stripe).

**What do you dislike about Pixpa?**

No real foto-printing support within the EU, so have to manage that myself. But honestly, not a huge thing given that most customers want digital downloads today.

**What do you like best about Pixpa?**

I needed a new website to showcase art, and allow me ecommerce. Pixpa had many templates, and creation and customization of color and sections was easy. Changing text and adding photos is very easy. The how-to sections are very detailed, and it was easy to get my domain name matched with my new site. I had one issue with connection, but customer service was great. I have used website in the past hosted by another service, in the same price range, which was not as easy to build, and did not look as nice as Pixpa. I have already recommended this site to others.

**What do you dislike about Pixpa?**

The one thing I had to do outside of Pixpa is obtaining a business email. I used Hover to connect Pixpa to website, so went back to them for an inexpensive email. I connected to a Stripe account, and they also have PayPal available, but a few more payment choices would be nice.

The simplicity to build a beautiful and modern website even as a non-programmer. The user interface is logical and makes it quick and easy to also get the technical stuff in order quickly.

**What do you dislike about Pixpa?**

Although it is very easy and accessible, behind all the features stick a large amount of (technical) possibilities, which can be a bit overwhelming at first.

**What problems is Pixpa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been looking to build a beautiful, modern and stylised website for some time. I tried many online services but each time I stumbled on complex solutions, limited quality, not modern or, for a creative like me, far too technical explanations. 
Pixpa understood and served all my needs in the best quality and logic.

There are many things I love about Pixpa. I switched website hosts to save money and add features and customizablility I didn't have before. The thing that pleasantly surprised me the most was the customer support. I've reached out a few times for creative support and each time I was met with detailed, clear support. One person even created a screen recording to show me how he did something, which I loved so I could reference it back if I ever needed it. I could also do the update myself, even though they already took care of it for me, so win win! I love that they look at my actual website and support specifically to my site rather than in a general way. This alone will make me a life long customer. But on top of that I've loved being able to create a blog where I can embed video and images. The client galleries are super customizable where I can turn on and off different features for different galleries and albums. Designing the overall website was easy and intuitive to me, and I love that I can import custom fonts and colors to match my branding. I'm so glad I switched to Pixpa last year!

**What do you dislike about Pixpa?**

There is a lack of customization with fonts on the blog in it's different views. It's also hard to play with layouts for the blog with images. There are some areas of the sight that have built in zoom feature that currently you can not turn off. I've also had some issues with website performance, not sure if that is due to my image optimization or embedded videos, but I wish this was not an issue.

Pixpa provides customization from layouts to colors and fonts. It allowes me to have a blog, client galleries, and sell prints directly from my site. It is the main way I provide information to my potential customers, and gain leads.

**What do you like best about Pixpa?**

The built-in and customizable image galleries that allow clients secure access and download options. Sharing my photos with clients through my own site is easy for both the client and myself, and adds a sense of professionalism to my business. Customer service has also been helpful and timely from the start.

**What do you dislike about Pixpa?**

What is most lacking with Pixpa is video embed support. I provide both photo and video services, and the fact that the only way for me to display my video work on my site is via YouTube/Vimeo embeds - as opposed to an unlabeled, direct embed - is underwhelming (in addition to the fact that the default resolution of embedded YouTube videos is horrible). It certainly makes it harder for me to market my videography, and it's the least professional looking part of my site.

**What problems is Pixpa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Pixpa for my real estate media business, and my Pixpa site is both a landing/marketing page for my business, and a media portal for my clients to view and download my photos. Being able to have my own secure channel that gives my clients their own individualized portal and allows them to easily download my photos is a game changer! Pixpa also automatically provides my photo downloads in various sizes/resolutions without me having to upload different resolutions of the same photo myself. It's easy to set up and use for both me and the clients, and that alone has made Pixpa a worthy decision in my first year of business.

**What do you like best about Pixpa?**

I use Pixpa for showcasing my creative work and designs and I use it daily. The initial setup was quick and painless. They offer 1 month free trial, so I could work on my site and test all the features out. Pixpa features a lot of functionality that can be used by creatives, like galleries, portfolio pages. I've been using it for a couple months now, and never really had any real issues, but when I had questions customer support was there to help me out.

**What do you dislike about Pixpa?**

I think there might be some advenced features missing for some users. You will have to test Pixpa out before comitting to see if they have everything you'll need. I know some people that wanted more intergration with external 3rd party apps, for me what they offer was well enough.

I needed a portfolio website, with some added functionality and custom galleries. I've managed to get my site up and running in a week. Right now I use it to connect with my clients and I don't have to worry about updates and slow loading times as I used to with another website builder I was using.

The platform is aimed at photographers and creatives but it's very flexible, fully featured and a very sophisticated platform that doesn't need (but can support) coding. Compared to the other platforms we have tried Pixpa has been the best option.

No real dislikes. Not found any limitations that have made us want to switch CMS. being able to add subscription based account management / access to certain pages as a native feature would be brilliant but they do have support fro third party systems.

I am a photographer and I think there is a lot of upside to using Pixpa. The reason I've decided the write a revidew is becase they've always had great customer service. Recently they went out of their way to help me resolve an issue that I couldn't figure out on my own. They were puntual and helpful the entire time.

If i'm forced to pick something, I guess they could use a few gallery options to add finer details to existing galleries.

The pricing is $8 a month without an annual subscription, and you don't sacrifice reliability - at least for a basic portfolio website. 

The customer service was honestly incredible. I worked on my website day and night and had two people stay with me in chat if I had any questions. And it was always those two same people. They would access my site and make the adjustments I asked for and then send me a video of what they did.

**What do you dislike about Pixpa?**

Each time you make an adjustment the webpage reloads. So there's a lot of tinkering and waiting. Also seems like the organization of customizable features could be better and more intuitive so you can find them easier.

I needed a basic video portfolio that I can point employers to while submitting for new jobs.

I own a media production company and I use pixpa for building my website and also managing client galleries! I absolutely love it! It's so easy to use and you can make your website your own...anyone can use it, you don't need to learn how to build a website to have a beautiful website.

The least helpful thing is there was no user guidance, you have to figure it out on your own; but, that's not a problem because it's super easy to figure out, and, you can always speak to customer service if you have any issues.

Pixpa is an all in one platform that's easy to use, looks professional and is reasonably priced. Their customer support is outstanding and they are always prompt and helpful. I have two websites with them and I'm happy with their templates which they are always creating and improving.

As a photographer, I would like to see more third party printing companies offered worldwide and not just WHCC. I am in Australia. Maybe more help with SEO for SEO dummies like me.
