Although PatSeer provides a Non-Patent Literature (NPL) search option, I have found that the results are frequently incomplete. Many features make PatSeer unique (Like Chemical lookup, search term translator, PDF Kart etc. ). The Chemical look-up feature is my favorite. I often use this feature. 1. Legal status of the rest of the world countries.
