The challenge with PDC Flow that we have come across is that when a client is filling out paperwork it doesn't auto save and will sometimes expire where we have to resend the document. The software itself is great for our business, but the cusotmer service we receive when we have a question or need assistance is far to none. Every inquiry is serviced with a sense of urgency that is hard to come by these days. It is a very user friendly software, and we are able to walk our clients through it easily. I also really appreicate that PDC hosts regular touch bases with our company, and takes our feedback/suggestions into consideration when developing their software.
