I am highly impressed with the speed of their support; they respond within 15 minutes, and any issue I report is either resolved quickly or I am provided with step-by-step solutions. Onde has made it easy for me to enter the ride-sharing sector, and its key features include referral programs, driver plans, and driver levels. Everything happens quickly with them. **What do you dislike about Onde?** The absence of an in-app communication feature between the driver and the customer. **What problems is Onde solving and how is that benefiting you?** Onde provided me with modern transportation apps for both drivers and customers, along with a comprehensive system that includes all trip reports and driver and customer management.
