I also like it because it is ease of bulk entering and importing data. I appreciate that it keeps previous saved routes I don't think I will need but inevitably do. **What do you dislike about MyRouteOnline?** This tool has not shown that much big drawback. However, there's no way to specify an address as a "permanent" start or end address. But this is not a serious deal. **Recommendations to others considering MyRouteOnline:** This tool has got an ability to manually change your work. It also has the ability to save your work and the variety of options of how to create orders. It is very simple and reliable hence there is no more doubt. **What problems is MyRouteOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using this tool to map out our deliveries and this has greatly built a great confidence in our operations. It has changed our business because it's helped us view so many more properties just due to the mobile app alone. ### 4. Its easy to edit this program that is Editting routes if need be . Easy to import data ,there is no need to retype data address just to do this . **What do you dislike about MyRouteOnline?** I always have a challenge with tolls ,no matter how much i try to avoid them it hits the rock ,but at least that's the only big challenge . **Recommendations to others considering MyRouteOnline:** I would recommend it as perfect in route tracking ,its cheap and easy to use. **What problems is MyRouteOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mapping program ,route tracking and data importing .It has made our work easy . ### 5. But you can move the addresses up and down the list easily. **Recommendations to others considering MyRouteOnline:** This tool has provided us with import and export feature of data, portions to be ignored and those to keep. It's consistent and organized. Also we utilize the save route feature daily. I appreciate that it keeps previous saved routes I don't think I will need but inevitably do. Each time I've contacted them about a struggle I had, they QUICKLY showed me easy ways to do the things I needed to do; they talked me through one over the phone and emailed me a short video - both for features I did not know existed and have made this portion of my job incredibly easier. **What do you dislike about MyRouteOnline?** I don't have any cons at this time. All the hiccups I had were things I did not know the program could already accommodate. **What problems is MyRouteOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software has made routing less of a chore and being able to see all several hundred addresses mapped out at once gives a better overall picture of our service area. This allows us to do our best at being more efficient. I have been using this program for many years for our seasonal service business and I will continue using it for many years to come! ### 8. The import functionality is decent, but I gues it could be updated a bit better. **Recommendations to others considering MyRouteOnline:** Nothing I can suggest, but know I evaluated a few other options and MRO was the best. **What problems is MyRouteOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to quickly route my 20-30 stop for a day quickly, realized a massive time savings for me for the day.
