I dislike the fact that we don’t get more advice on how to handle deliverability for our cold emails. Even when there is some guidance, the advice can be contradictory in the placement box: they might say something is wrong, then say it’s right in the next message, which is confusing. I like having multiple inboxes under one account with Mailivery. It allows me to effectively use the daily limit and manage all inboxes in one place instead of handling multiple accounts. I love that Mailivery is really easy to set up and very quick to get going. Its reports are great, providing granular information about the health of our mailboxes and servers, particularly if things are set up properly. I use mailivery to warm up my emails, and its warmup is reliable, without bounce. I particularly appreciate their support which is really attentive. I had a major problem where the warmup wasn't working due to my unusual configuration, and they followed up daily, communicated regularly, and solved the issue. What I like best is that it helped dig my emails out of the spam box. It's nice that it is simple to set up and monitor, but without actually fixing the deliverability problem we had, nothing else matters.

I made mistakes with sending out newsletters from the same email address I use for one-to-one emails and my emails would get into people junk mail, even people I had interacted with for a long time.

I appreciate being able to create the template that Mailivery uses to send emails. That's a powerful feature where I can take the actual emails we send out in our newsletter and have those sent to the delivery network. This helps show Google and other mail filters that the emails are being responded to and engaged with, which I think has improved the deliverability of our newsletter. The best part of my experience using Mailivery is that it works. I started sending cold emails without doing the research, and tanked my business' domain reputation. It's super easy to connect my email accounts and the stats that are shown are super useful. The automated reading and sorting feature has made my life so much easier and really separates Mailivery from other products. Overall it's way better than any other warming software I have used.
