I love Mailercloud's visual automation builder and contact segmentation features. I can build conditional HR email sequences without coding, which really streamlines our hiring process. The auto-send feature for follow-ups to candidates and the flagging of highly engaged applicants are great for keeping our recruitment efforts organized. The built-in open and click logs are extremely helpful for tracking outreach performance and cutting down on manual check-ins. It's made our HR team's job a lot easier, especially during busy hiring cycles, and we manage all this without needing IT support. Mailercloud’s native HRIS integrations are limited, and its reporting tools lack granular filtering for hiring workflows. I can't easily pull filtered reports segmented by job role or application stage, which is frustrating when running candidate outreach campaigns. Additionally, building complex multi-branch automation sequences is cumbersome and time-consuming, especially since we have no dedicated IT staff. For a long time, I couldn’t integrate Mailercloud with Thrive Architect and Thrive Leads, the WordPress plugins I use to build my landing pages. The main issue was that Mailercloud wasn’t included among the API integrations those plugins supported, and there was no option to embed the forms’ HTML code into the opt-in pop-ups. That has changed now: Thrive Architect and Thrive Leads now support webhooks, and Mailercloud supports them as well. As a result, the integration is now possible. I like Mailercloud's good features, ease of use, high deliverability, and excellent support system. Their support is particularly notable for their willingness to solve any problem as soon as possible, and they even resolved an issue through a quick Google Meet call. The automation feature is my favorite; I just set up the flow rate, and it takes care of the rest. The Segment feature helps to pull out the emails across multiple lists just by applying some simple and logical conditions.
