Their support is particularly notable for their willingness to solve any problem as soon as possible, and they even resolved an issue through a quick Google Meet call. The automation feature is my favorite; I just set up the flow rate, and it takes care of the rest. The Segment feature helps to pull out the emails across multiple lists just by applying some simple and logical conditions.
