It supports multiple languages and can be easily used. It has increased my productivity and saved a lot of time in typing everything. It also has a great feature of documentation lookup which helps in looking for the documentation of a specific block of code and see its usage. It works smoothly and never almost lags. **What do you dislike about Kite?** Kite's AI Assistant suggests code as you type. It comes up in a drop-down menu kind of thing with the suggestions which I feel is a little downside of using Kite. Other AI assistants like Github Co-pilot are actually showing it in the code editor which makes it visually appealing and easy to understand the code before using that code block. I feel if Kite does that then it would be very easy to write code but other than there's nothing as such a dislike for the software. It was earlier tiring to write code word by word but now with the help of Kite, we are able to write code in fewer keystrokes. Does NOT work for remote development over SSH (in VS Code at least, I have not tried anything else), so if you have to SSH - forget about it, it won't work. DOES NOT WORK ON M1 Apple Silicon Macs and the team have no clue when it will. You can only manage your subscription in Kite copilot, so if you're on new Mac, you have to pick up a win machine just to unsubscribe.
