It’s an all-in-one solution for management software, website services, and payment processing. The easy-to-use features and excellent customer service allows users to reduce hours of work to minutes. Users can efficiently manage their martial arts school with kiosk check-in services, attendance tracking, tuition collection, marketing tools, automated communication features, lead management, and promotions. Kicksite also features a member portal and mobile web app for students where they can view their attendance and achievements, view the media library, manage their payment methods, and register for events. Along with the software, Kicksite has dedicated onboarding and customer support staff to elevate the user experience. I admittedly don't know how long an update is *supposed* to take, and I'm never upset or frustrated with the time it takes to integrate the changes - more of an impatience on my end than anything. **What problems is Kicksite solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest features we've started making use of are the SMS/text chats and the creation of groups outside of Active/Frozen/Inactive students. Being able to see chat messages with parents makes it easier for us to determine a particular conversation flow; the groups have been used to create messaging groups for students in a particular class schedule - rather than having to remember to type each individual's name in the "to" line for emails & texts. ### 2. The additional trainings they provide are great reminders of how to use the system most effectively. **What do you dislike about Kicksite?** There is not have a monthly calendar access for students and families. **What problems is Kicksite solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are constantly uplifting the software to make it more efficient, user friendly, and faster. ### 3.
