The customer service team is helpful and works to push things through so we can get approved to work. **What do you dislike about ISNetworld?** It’s a bit pricey, but since there are no limits on clients, it makes sense for the business. The main challenge is getting the right client contact when I need an exemption, because the person who is an Admin for the client site usually isn’t the same person working with the onboarding team to get the contractors on site. **What problems is ISNetworld solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps connect us with high-profile clients by showcasing our robust QHSE system, even though we are not ISO 45001 certified. ### 2. So you may have one client with 10 employees, but they will charge you based on your OSHA 300 form, which could be 500 or more employees. Veriforce does the same thing, which is crazy. They act like you have $7k or more just to pay their subscription. So if you use Avetta and Veriforce as well be prepared to pay tens of thousands. **What problems is ISNetworld solving and how is that benefiting you?** None, its a client requirement and if you don't pay you can work. ### 3. I particularly enjoy online training component that enables us to complete site access orientations and other types of training from the dashboard. Much more detailed than competition such as Avetta and Complyworks. Great live support. **What do you dislike about ISNetworld?** Can be daunting for a new user. A lot of functionality means a lot of complexity, so there is a bit of a learning curve and often, getting around requires contacting support. **What problems is ISNetworld solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to prequalify our contractors much faster and more throroughly, which helps us manage risks and associated costs better. As a result, our contractor management is seasmless. ### 4. Multi-choice is nice without thinking too much on the subject. **What do you dislike about ISNetworld?** The program is mandatory by many large corporations for safety protocol for working at their jobsites. The program is expensive and if you do not keep up the annual subscription, you get a penalty for updating your company information to use the program again. **What problems is ISNetworld solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not sure we are actually solving problems, but we do know what safety regulations are required to work at the job site. The questionnaire helps you further determine if your company preference/protocol is accepted. ### 7. They have poor customer service for contractors. Awful, if you make a mistake and correct it and prove it was a mistake they will still over bill you. Even if you send in 3 years worth of payroll reports to prove you made an error between 19 and 23 employees. Even if you sent in information stating you hired a book keeper literally the week before because you have been over whelmed making mistakes. You will be charged double even if you state you are janitorial service company the maids and you have limited budget. You will be charged double because you had the audacity to state that "23 employee sounds about right" not it was right that it sounds about right. **Recommendations to others considering ISNetworld:** USE COMPLY WORKS **What problems is ISNetworld solving and how is that benefiting you?** None they will not help you connect with anyone. ### 13. Very easy and simple to work With. **What do you dislike about ISNetworld?** They are trying to be to much for one single site. However this is already in control. **Recommendations to others considering ISNetworld:** This tool is good monitoring system that gives the operators enough time to check on various things. It is very flexible and user friendly. **What problems is ISNetworld solving and how is that benefiting you?** This tool is the most suitable in conserving our environment since it enables us to view largely on different areas and brings us closer to many people. It has given us a simple work on managing our environment. ### 14. There are clauses and verbiage that you wouldnt normally place into a contract for actual work. These COI's often only are used to evidence certain coverage so you can get a grade to be able to do work with an owner client. **What problems is ISNetworld solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to validate our safety processes and metrics data in the system so our clients can use our services. ### 15. ISNetWorld **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2018 **What do you like best about ISNetworld?** A lot of my contractors use it because isnetworld seems to becoming the better more capable 3rd party out of all of the "contractor connectors" **What do you dislike about ISNetworld?** service on verifying certificates of insurance takes 3 days and the certificate checkers are not always up to speed on ISO policy wording. This can be a hug problem at times because the certificate needs to be accepted before the hiring client will allow the contractor to commence work. Sometimes the certificate checker is miss informed about the policy wording and this causes problems for the agent/ broker and the contractor.
