It's best tool for capturing GRC audits.

It manages all security findings and CVEs as well.

It is value for money against what we are getting.

It also helps in capturing the proofs for all evidences.

Reporting dashboard is good but it can also be more customized.

If they have some improved and quick customer support compared to what they have now.

Frankly speaking it is pretty good experience with Hyperproof. This tool is fantastic. It takes care of all our security,risks and audit concerns. It has all automations in place.

Yes, it has covered almost all the scenarios which is needed for our GRC activities. It takes care of all the governance scenario for that specific locations. It also takes care of all the risk analysis and compliance which is required for our organization.

What do you like best about Hyperproof?

It is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The dashboard is very helpful for a quick look and check your company's compliance status. The features are good. Hyperproof is continuously improving and they do updates regulary. Workshops are good especially if they have new features coming in. Hyperproof support is awesome, you'll get a swift response if you have a concern and provide a temporary solution while checking at your concern. They will update if there's any development.

Our company has been using Hyperproof for over three years now, and it has really changed the way we manage our compliance. It makes my job much easier. Hyperproof listen to their customers' feedback, which I believe is why Hyperproof has improved their product so significantly. New features have been added since we started using Hyperproof.

Hyperproof's HyperSync is also a valuable feature. Its integration with Azure, SharePoint, and OneDrive enables swift and seamless data collection. Management of regulatory compliance or frameworks. It is easy to manage and track compliance, saves you a lot of time. The Audit module significantly streamlines the process of collecting evidence, saving you valuable time and effort. By automating and centralizing evidence collection, it eliminates the need for constant back-and-forth emails and reminders to owners. Instead of manually chasing down submissions, the module provides a structured platform where evidence can be uploaded and tracked seamlessly. This reduces administrative overhead, minimizes delays, and ensures that all required documentation is gathered efficiently and in a timely manner. What do you like best about Hyperproof?

Each year during the audit, I’m assigned certain tasks, and I usually just search the “Client User” column to find the ones that are mine. It’s straightforward to upload responses and attach files. If I get questions from the auditors, I can either reply directly using the link in the email I receive, or I can go into the system and see that the task is highlighted in my view. "Clean UI and Centralized Compliance—Great Efficiency, but Integrations Add Complexity"

What do you like best about Hyperproof?

Hyperproof makes it easier to manage compliance activities thanks to its clean, user-friendly interface and centralized workflow. The platform performs well and has improved our efficiency by replacing manual tracking and scattered documentation. We currently use HyperSyncs and are seeing value in automating evidence collection, although we’re still in the early stages and just starting to trial them.

I haven’t needed to contact the onboarding or support teams myself yet, so I can’t speak to that experience. I also haven’t used the AI features so far, but the automation and overall platform capabilities have already delivered a positive return on investment for our compliance program. I like how easy Hyperproof is to navigate and use. I know where things are and how to access them, which makes interacting with the client and collecting evidence much easier. I also enjoy how easy it is to get help or get my questions answered, as there are many help support options that all work well. I wish there was an option to delete requests. I have found that the only options are to edit them or archive. If you accidentally upload multiple requests that are wrong or not needed, you can't delete them. Instead, you have to one by one edit them or archive them and upload more.
