It has a wide range of integration with different kinds of payment services like Paypal, Gpay, Skrill, NetBanking, etc., for easy transactional services. It can be implemented easily and can be integrated with our application for frequent use cases for various payment needs and transactions. It is a very simple application to do multiple operations like payment setup, compliance, and even provides expense analytics for the customer on the main dashboard. Can be used frequently to track the timings of transactions. It has a great customer support team available most of the time and can be reached out via email, chat, or call. **What do you dislike about Hoodpay?** There are some cons of Hoodpay like: i. It is costly because of very few competitors in the market which convert cryptos to cash flow. ii. Mostly it is suitable for entrepreneurs and small businesses who are dealing with multiple sources of funding, but big organizations mostly follow some financial institutions and legalities to withdraw funds. **What problems is Hoodpay solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has helped our clients' business to accept payments in cryptocurrencies and then use the converted cash and assets to invest in other capitals and areas of our business. With Hoodpay, payment failures during the checkout decreased from 23% to a mere 4%. This is one of the best payment gateway tools I have come across **What do you dislike about Hoodpay?** Downsides of Hoodpay is our expectations towards this awesome tool. Payment failures are rare and that too only due to network issues on customer's end. People.expect Hoodpay to take of their private network too. **What problems is Hoodpay solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had other payment options earlier that had high chances of failures during the peak hours. Whenever I require assistance or have any inquiries, they are always readily available to provide support. This is a key factor that sets them apart from other platforms and keeps me loyal to their service. **What do you dislike about Hoodpay?** However, it should be noted that Hoodpay exclusively deals with cryptocurrencies, and I would like to launch this Indian currency as we are from India and having great trouble.
