## GroupGreeting Reviews
  ### 1. Simple, Time-Saving Digital Group Cards That Bring Teams Together

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

What I like best about GroupGreeting is how simple and convenient it is to create digital group cards for teams, clients, or special occasions. It makes it easy for multiple people to add personalized messages, photos, and signatures in one place, creating a thoughtful experience even for remote or distributed teams. It’s user-friendly, saves time compared to traditional cards, and helps make celebrations and recognition more inclusive and memorable.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

What I dislike about GroupGreeting is that some customization options can feel limited if you want a more unique or highly branded design. The interface is generally easy to use, but certain editing or formatting features could be more intuitive. In some cases, premium features may be needed for the best experience, which can be a drawback for users looking for more flexibility on a budget.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupGreeting solves the challenge of coordinating group cards and messages, especially for remote, hybrid, or distributed teams. Instead of passing around a physical card or trying to collect messages through email, it provides one simple place where everyone can contribute personalized notes, photos, and signatures. This benefits me by saving time, making team celebrations easier to organize, increasing participation, and helping create a more thoughtful and inclusive experience for birthdays, work anniversaries, farewells, and other special occasions.

  ### 2. Easy-to-Use Greetings ; makes this part of employee relations easier

**Reviewed by:** Joy H. | HR Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Easy to use and it offers a variety of options to personalize the greeting to the recipient.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The search options to personalize greetings could be better. i.e., Being able to ensure the greeting is HR appropriate in a professional setting as opposed to a personal greeting in a personal setting.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has allowed our company to easily recognize birthdays and other milestones for remote, hybrid and onsite staff.

  ### 3. Easy, Personal Group Cards That Bring People Together

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I like how easy GroupGreeting makes it to bring people together around a shared message. The collaborative format feels personal without being complicated.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Some of the customization options feel a bit limited, and it can take a few extra steps to get the card exactly how I want it.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupGreeting solves the problem of coordinating messages from multiple people in one place. Instead of chasing individuals or managing separate notes, everything is centralized, which saves time and results in a more thoughtful, cohesive message.

There is nothing specific that comes to mind.

  ### 6. I could not love this more

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristen C. | R, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

The capabilites to share an easy link around to social media, via email or Slack and have many contribute to the greeting, using fun colors, fonts, gifs and images! SO FUN and not to mention EASY to use and navigate! I have to say, tied for 1st place favorite about GroupGreeting.com is the CUSTOMER SERVICE - never in my 42 years have seen anything like it; this is something near and dear to me, and I cannot articulate how much this level of CS means to me to see in a company like GroupGreeting - way to Freaking GO you guys, seriously!!! I will continue to shout you from the rooftops, and letting everyone know how cool this site is, and how well you treat your customers! xx

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Absolutely nothing to say here - I just wish I would have known about GG sooner!

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work for a fully remote company, so to have a program to support all employees "chipping in" contributing their messsage and signature on a greeting, and have it delivered at a specific time - solving all the problems I had around greetings within my company but I absolutely use GroupGreeting.com for personal greetings as well - I recently shared the link to Facebook and had a bunch of people sign a birthday card for my Father - how cool is that?! Couldn't be cooler...

  ### 7. The coolest and nicest service of virtual cards out there!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2025

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

To me, the creation of the card, setting of the delivery details, and convenience of the link to share is yet unmatched.
Plus: the beautiful selection of cards and cool/funny messages that make them personal and unique.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

A bit on the expensive side (but not as much as real card nowadays), and sometimes the emails with the card ends in the « undesirable » mailbox. That’s often when the company has strict policies against phishing.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have large teams around the world. This makes the process of creating, sharing and signing the card very easy and seamless.

  ### 8. Great way to show appreciation and love

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah C. | Supervisor, and Culture Committee member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Group Greeting is incredibly easy to use for both the card creator and card signers. I love that with some of the annual plans the package can be shared with others. On our team we have multiple people responsible for sending different cards (e.g. birthday and anniversary), plus if any one of the users were to leave the organization, the plan purchase isn't lost. The search function for card themes and GIFs is spot on, and there are so many options!

This is a MUST-HAVE for working in a remote environment!

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I dislike that the packages/annual plans expire. I think that if someone pays for 50 cards, they should be able to use all 50, without regard to time. We always run out of 25 cards in a year, but 50 is too many. Would be great to be able to purchase 50 since the price per card goes down with the higher packages. I don't understand the purpose of the time-limit for use on the packages.

Also, a couple of suggestions:
1. The ability to compose the email the people being invited to sign. While easy enough, currenty I have to compose a separate email with the link to the card for people to sign. I could save a step if I could put the email addresses of the people I am inviting to sign and compose the "please sign so-and-so's birthday card" email directly in the website.

2. The ability to send a single card to multiple people. For example, would love to send a card to a team of people for great work on a project.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Social isolation working in a remote environment

**Official Response from Blythe Miller:**

> Hi Sarah!

Thank you for leaving a review and providing some suggestions. I've passed this along to our team for consideration.

As far as sending a card to multiple recipients-- as a plan holder, you have access to the bulk importer and clone feature that does just this! If you have any questions, feel free to contact our support team or check out our FAQ page!

  ### 9. Intuitive & Easy-to-Use Virtual Card Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josie W. | Executive Assistant Business Partner 2, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I absolutely love GroupGreeting. This virtual card service allows me to create and send personalized cards to groups of friends, family members or colleagues on a special occasion or just to say hello. What I love most about this service is the variety of card template designs and options it offers. Whether I want to create a festive birthday card or a heartfelt thank-you card, GroupGreeting has the perfect template to meet my needs.

I appreciate the ease and convenience of using this service. All I need to do is select a template, add personalized messages and photos, and then invite recipients to sign the card. It's that simple! The collaborative aspect of GroupGreeting is also a nice touch as it allows multiple people to contribute to the same card, resulting in a truly unique and memorable experience.

Overall, I highly recommend GroupGreeting to anyone looking for a fun and creative way to send virtual cards. The variety of template designs, ease of use, and collaborative feature make it the perfect service for any occasion.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Nothing to add. I love everything about GG!

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It connects our remote teams and we are able to celebrate together.

  ### 10. Great for offices that are majority remote

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** BreAnna C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I love using group greeting because my office makes it known that we love celebrating birthdays and accomplishments. When covid happened, we wanted to make sure that we could continue the moral, so I found out about Group Greeting. I have used it ever since for any birthdays or accomplishments folks in our office have had. It is very easy to use and pretty easy to follow. It is also priced really well.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I do not have any dislikes with Group Greeting. It seems that more cards are being updated frequently so it has been amazing.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it is solving for me is keeping up the moral of our office while everyone is working remotely. It has helped so much in making sure that we can always recognize our employees.

  ### 11. Easy to Manage Team Cards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Long gone are the days of passing real cards around in an office with hybrid working in full swing. Group Greeting has plans for large teams that are reasonable and convenient for everyone including team members. Reminders can be set so that you don't forget your team's birthdays. With a large team like mine, it seems I am always using it for a birthday, wedding, birth, etc. and it really couldn't be simpler to use. I've contacted support once and they were helpful when I needed it.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Birthday card designs were getting a bit stale, but they've become better at getting new ones added regularly.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of no longer being able to provide physical cards with hybrid working and team members across multiple offices.

  ### 12. Great tool to recognize coworkers in a hybrid environment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John R. | Information Security Analyst / Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

It's easy to learn and administer. You can design a card from the included templates or use your own images. It beats the heck out of trying to pass around a paper hallmark card.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

If you're going to use it repeatedly, you should get a package rather than buy the cards a la carte.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is so hard to get people to sign a card in person since people are often working remotely or are not even in the same location.

  ### 13. Amazing Product For Group Cards!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shannon I. | Customer Service Senior Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2022

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Group Greeting is so easy to use, especially compared to some competitors I've tried. They offer a great selection of cards for both work and personal occasions. I mainly use the site to send cards to coworkers. It's extremely easy to use and their custom plans offer a lot of variety. I was also given customized plan options for our company to better suite our needs. This proved to me that Group Greeting cares about the individual needs of their customers.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I think the clone feature is a great option; however, I think it would be nice if it didn't count toward the plan allottment. If they offered the option to resend a clone card up to a max amount and anything after that would count towards the plan allotment, that would be great.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to send out birthday cards and other recognitions to a large group of people and GroupGreeting makes it easy for everyone to participate. They also offer to remind you of the same event in a year which is very helpful when managing employee birthdays. I've tried other sites and none have compared to this one!

  ### 14. PREFERRED CHOICE OVER TRADITIONAL GIFTS FOR TEAM MEMBERS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Crystal H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

EASY TO USE, COLLABORATIVE, FUN, INTEGRATIVE, SERVES MULTIPLE PURPOSES WHEN RELEVANT AS FAR AS WORK RECOGNITION FOR MILESTONES, BIRTHDAYS, AND FUN! The ability for others to contribute in their own words for the receiver to see impacts the morale not just for the individual receiving the card but the entire team. Competitive price in comparison to traditional greeting cards.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Unable to send to more than one person - if multiple people should recieve the same card as a group -- we are unable to do that at this time. Need a way to turn the group greeting cards into tangible memories as well / keepsakes.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team prefers the group greeting over money, gifts, and or any other type of recognition. Which has saved us time/money and really helped keep our REMOTE healthcare team engaged in celebrations and recognition.

**Official Response from Blythe Miller:**

> Hi Crystal!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review!

Regarding sending the same card to multiple people-- if you are a plan holder, we have the clone feature that does just this! You also have the option to download a PDF of the card for keepsakes.

Feel free to email support@groupgreeting.com for more help!

  ### 15. Love the Designs!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** karina b. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I love that you can have hundreds of options to choose from as well as multiple topics and not just bday cards as others. I like that is easy to use and easy to share with a group of people. And don’t forget about the amazing feature to insert gifs or pictures.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I would love to have a feature to buy cards for less amount of cards, for example, just buy 10 cards for a bunk price and not necessarily buy 25 beforehand if you don't need them

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending ecards that my whole (remote) team can sign any were in the world. And of course, is so easy to use that it doesn't get complicated to any user. Finally you can do it in advance and just schedule it to be send whenever you want

**Official Response from Blythe Miller:**

> Hi Karina!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

We're adding our Sprout Plan (10 cards) back very soon so keep an eye on our Pricing Page!

  ### 16. A great way for geographically dispersed teams to pass on best wishes to colleagues

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

There is a great selection of cards, without being so many that it is overwhelming to choose.

People can add text and animated GIFs to their messages, which helps to personalise the experience and add some fun to the messages.

The subscription is cost-effective, with the cards costing less than a physical card, but without the drawback of having to manually circulate it. An electronic card might also be more sustainable than a paper one.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Despite asking my IT Department to whitelist the Groupgreeting.com email address, cards are mostly delivered to people's junk folders, so I have to send an email to most people with the link to their cards so that they receive them.

A feature that might improve the service could be to be able to upload the list of email addresses of who the card was sent to for signing, and then automatically ticking those names off a list when they sign it.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company has offices throughout Australia, and most people spend part of their week working from home. Circulating a paper card for birthdays, people leaving, or other milestones, is impractical. GroupGreeting solves this problem by allowing everyone, regardless of where they are located, to add their own best wishes to someone's card.

  ### 17. Perfect for distributed remote teams!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melisa W. | Administrative Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Creating a card and sharing it with others to sign is so easy. The selection is always changing, and I can always find something fitting for the recipient. GroupGreeting is the best option to send cards to our team.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

It would be nice to see a plan for smaller quantities. We don't send enough cards in one year to make the discounted plan worth it for us. But it isn't a big issue. I think the pricing is reasonable.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupGreeting makes it quick and easy for me to choose, create, and coordinate signing cards for our remote team. People can sign from anywhere and cards can be sent to anyone. I like that I can "favorite" cards for future reference and that I can see what cards I've already sent out

  ### 18. Selection of cards, especially PUNNY, is fantastic!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawna A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

How easily we can select a card (our coworkers are fond of the PUNNY ones especially), route it ANYONE with an email to sign, allowing those out on leave or working from home to sign it, as well as being able to add funny GIF's, photos etc. It is SO EASY to use! And, we also love that work anniversaries are included as a catagory as well! It actually is one of the reasons we started celebrating everyone's work anniversary, not just milestone ones.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The cost, and not being able to save the card with animation (at least the recipient can save as a PDF, it just would be more fun if they could save it with the "animation"/active GIF's).

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like I mentioned before, being able to have staff that are not present in the building sign birthday, Anniversary, and other cards for their co-workers is great, and I think makes them feel more a part of the team

  ### 19. Best online card experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra W. | Manager, Program Delivery, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Easy to use and set up. Payment in correct currency. Designs are perfect. Available anytime any where for any occasion.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Nothing that I can think of. This is a wonderful product.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hybrid teams makes it a challenge to have everyone sign a card the traditional way. Reminders of when the card is being sent is perfect.

  ### 20. This has been a great way to stay connected to my remote team!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beth A. | Associate Director of Student Success, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

As the leader of a fully remote team working from around the country, GroupGreetings helps us stay connected. If we were in office, we'd never let a Birthday/Wedding/Surgery/New Baby/etc. go by without acknowledgement, and now we don't have to. I love the option of adding a gift card and will continue to make this platform my go-to for team celebrations and connections.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I have no complaints! GroupGreeting is easy to use and fairly priced.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GG ensures that when an individual on my remote team has a major life event, we can acknowledge it appropriately and personally, despite being spread around the country. It really helps us to build a sense of community.

  ### 21. Group Greeting Knows us!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** lakiesha d. | Team Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Group Greeting has been the so convenient and most satifying resource for me and my team! The have all the variety of cards to choose from and I have been able to rely on them for serveral occassions and everyone enjoys the surprise of it all.

The prices of the cards a just a little more than I would like.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working from home has been a thorn in my side when it comes to face to face recongnition. GroupGreeting has eased some of that frustration when it comes milstones I'd want to acknowlege.

  ### 22. Easy to use, great value!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leeann A. | Payroll Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Easy to use with lots of variety to choose from. Great for sharing across mutiple company locations and remote employees.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

So far I've never had an issue using this product at my current or former employer.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows for sharing for example an employees retirement card with multiple people across several company locations. No more worrying about tracking down physical card from departments.

  ### 23. GroupGreeting is great for recognizing teammates especially across remote teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicki L. | Senior Care Coordinator, Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I love that GroupGreetings has a wide variety of cards that allows me to select a special card based on each of teammate's personality. I love that it allows for personalization in signing the card from different fonts, to different colors, to the ability to add gifs.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The only think I dislike is the limitation on characters per entry, but I understand that it might be necessary.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the current age of hybrid or even fully-remote working, it can feel difficult to stay connected with your teammates. Group Greeting allows us to recognize the amazing individuals on our team and provides a platform for folks to celebrate and appreciate each other beyond the day-to-day of work.

  ### 24. Easy to use and schedule

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I love that we can purchase a pack of cards in advance and schedule them to be sent to our team members for any occasion! There are many different cards to choose from, enough that we can provide different cards to each of our 30+ employees for their birthdays. Its simple to share the link with others to contribute, and schedule cards to send to employees. We use this monthly to schedule out birthday cards as well as farewell cards and for special occasions.

I also appreciate that Groupgreeing follows up to let us know if a team member hasn't opened their card, so we can be sure they saw it.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I only wish they offered different size packages and discounts.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team is distributed, so we can't physically sign birthday cards for everyone. This makes it easy to have everyone contribute.

  ### 25. Group Greeting provides unparalleled ease of use!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chastity A. | Executive Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I enjoy the ease of sending out a animated card to a team where everyone can sign it on their own time and delivery can be scheduled for delivery at a designated time and date.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Not much to dislike. This is a excellent way to provide a greeting with the hybrid work environments of today.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mostly use Group Greeting for Birthday cards.

  ### 26. Group Greeting is a great way to acknowledge employees

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kate N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Our office is partially remote so people are in and out of the office on different days. Group Greeting is a great way to connect a lot of people with differing schedules and make them feel thought of and appreciated. Great selection of office appropriate cards that have great graphic design.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

It would be nice if it had a feature at the beginning of the month to remind the user to set up cards to be sent for the month. Right now I rely on my Outlook to remind me but since I get so busy I can often miss a reminder via that means.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our office has differing schedules for employees so it's an easy way to get everyone to sign and participate in sending a card to a coworker. It's efficient and thoughtful.

  ### 27. User Friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

- Many designs for various occasions and themes
- Easy to send/purchase/update any detials where neccesary
- Love that the owner of the card can access and amend all messages in the card

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

- Search terms too narrow, making you have to search an ocean of cards.
- Can not copy the link to a specific card.
- Website navigation sometimes a bit difficult due to the narrow search terms

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a large team with felxible work from home days.
Group Greetings takes away my worry that not everyone will have the opportunity to sign someone's birthday card, or someone won't be in the office to receive their physical card.

  ### 28. Love this Product!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valerie F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

There are so many selections to choose from that really meets any need you may have for a card. The ability for others to add amounts to the card, if they choose. I love the reminder feature so that I dont forget birthdays or anniversaries. Plus, can we just talk about the GIFs, those are the icing on the cake!

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I dont have any dislikes or complaints about the product, I've been very happy with it!

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing all team members to participate in encouraging their other teammates, or offering well wishes. It creates a team enviornment/relationship regardless where the person is physically at.

  ### 29. Easy to navigate, easily shareable, and great variety of options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I like how everything is so easy to navigate. I use GroupGreeting to send birthday cards to my company. There are so many great options to choose from. Purchasing the card is a breeze and sharing it with my company is even easier. It's an excellent way to celebrate someone's birthday without having the hassle of getting everyone's handwritten note on a physical card.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I wish that there was an easier way to preview cards when you're browsing for one. Right now, there's only an option to right click and view image in another tab. I'd like there to be an option when you can right click and open that selection in a new tab, rather than being limited to viewing the image in another tab.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupGreeting solves the problem of having to physically pass around a birthday card. My office has three fully remote employees who only visit our area every few months. My role is to recognize birthdays in the company and share birthday cards to the team. In addition, our company has a hybrid policy so not everyone is in the office every week. A virtual card from GroupGreeting makes it accessible for everyone in my company.

  ### 30. Glad I Found GG!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

What I like most is the ease of using Group Greeting! You have a huge variety of cards to choose from and can tailor your pick by the receivers personality or profession...the ones I use the most. THEN, when they added the gift card option! That made my life a bit easier!

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I've only had to use cutomer service one time, but I'd rather have a way to call customer service or start a quick chat. I believe I had to email and wait for a response. That might have changed by now, as that was quite a while ago.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pre-covid we used to buy physical cards and pass it around for everyone to sign. During covid, until I found GG, I' send an email to all to recognize the person. When I found this company, it became a game changer! Everyone could still sign but on a cute or funny e-card! Perfect!! Saves me time and money bc the e-cards are cheaper than the cards in the store and so much better than the bulk cards you buy on amazon!!

  ### 31. Fantastic Resource for Company Cards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I use GroupGreeting for the company I work for and it is very helpful. I send out birthday, condolence and congratulation cards monthly and this site has made it seamless. There is a large selection of cards to choose from and you can add gift cards if desired. It is easy to use and have others sign and you set a date and time for it to be sent so you can set it and forget it. Would recommend this site to anyone with a busy lifestyle.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The cost is a little high but if you purchase a package deal than it really brings the price down.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All of the employees in our company are located all around the world so this makes it easy to have everyone sign the card no matter where they are located. No one feels left out.

  ### 32. Awesome platform for sending digital messages for closed ones

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashiq K. | Human Resource and Admin Officer, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

As an organization, we have employees all over the globe and we use GroupGreetings to send welcome cards, farewell cards, and many more.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Nothing as of now. Everything is working fine

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because of GroupGreetings, our employees are being able to write beautiful farewell messages to one of their closest colleagues while they leave the organization.

  ### 33. Lots of choices and so easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alice V. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Gone are the days of lost cards sitting in a folder on someone's desk b/c they are out of the office. I love always having access to my cards. They have a ton of choices to choose from and they are always updating the cover designs. They have a card for every ocassion I've ever needed.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I haven't found a single downside to using GroupGreetting. I wish all of the tools I used for my job where this awesome.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to purchase cards and keep a supply at my desk. Then create a routing sheet and make sure people sign it when they are in the office. Make sure the person who the card was for didn't receive it to sign it - like when we routed cards in folders. WE used it three years and just purchased a subscription because it has been so efficient to use.

  ### 34. Quick and Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

As a company that works primarily remotely, GroupGreeting allows everyone to sign various cards for colleagues. We use GG several times a month. GG is easy to use. Their customer support team quickly responds if I have any questions or need support.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The only downside with GroupGreeting is that you need to contact them if you need more cards than the online options.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the best things about GG is that, as we are a worldwide company, everyone within our organization can sign birthday cards quickly and easily.
There is no longer the need to purchase a physical card and try to get signatures.

  ### 35. Such an easy way to build team culture!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MaryKate R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

This makes it so easy to recognize and acknowledge people, especially in this digital and virtual time. Our team works all over the country, and I love that we can still do things like celebrate birthdays and send positive affirmations for big milestones. We use this at least once a month for various occasions, and I love how customizable every card is.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I find GroupGreeting incredibly easy to use. I would eventually like to have it so I can auto send the card to people to fill it out, instead of copying and pasting the link to share.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building team culture for a remote team.

  ### 36. Checks all the boxes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leanne M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

- Lots of great covers to choose from with a variety of "tones"
- For very specific occassions (eg: Medical Assistant's week), I have been able create my own cover
- Even my tech-averse colleagues find it easy to use
- Very affordable way to create a special and unique gesture (that can be saved as a PDF for a permanent momento)
- You can upgrade your account to be able to send the same card to multiple people (work-around is to send it to yourself and then forward the link to recipients)
- They plant trees!
- At my last employer we created an account with 100 cards that everyone in the admin team could use with our own login, super easy

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I honestly can't think of anything. I have already recommended it many times.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us unite as a department to support our colleagues even though we are all extremely busy and not all on-site.

  ### 37. Best virtual birthday card website

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** olga p. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

It's so easy to use and the card selection is great. There is a card for everyone. We use it every month and have mulitple birthdays. They always enjoy the card and signing them as well. I haven't had any issues but i know their customer support would be great.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

There aren't any dislikes. I've used them for a while and will continue to use them.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have to run down to the store to buy a physical card which makes it hard to get everyone to sign. I am able to send an email and have the entire office sign without issue.

  ### 38. Great and easy resource for team building and celebrations!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kate G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Setting up cards is very easy and everyone can contribute their own messages for celebrations of all kinds. It's been a great way to connect with virtual teammates and across company locations.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The price per card is steep. I would use more of them if they were more reasonably priced for what they are.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Physical cards were too difficult with staff across the locations and remote work - now everyone can easily support and celebrate one another.

  ### 39. My Take on GroupGreeting's Digital Card Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

What I appreciate most about GroupGreeting is its convenience and inclusivity. In the remote work era, creating a sense of team spirit and togetherness can be quite challenging, and GroupGreeting ingeniously bridges that gap. With its digital card service, every team member, regardless of their location, can participate in celebrating special occasions like birthdays. The user interface is intuitive and straightforward, making it easy for participants of all tech skill levels to sign and personalize their messages. Moreover, the variety of card designs ensures that you can find the right tone and style for different people and occasions. It’s a wonderful tool that brings a personal touch to virtual workplaces.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

If there's an area where GroupGreeting might see room for improvement, it could be in offering even more customization options. While there is a variety of templates, users who value highly personalized experiences may seek more freedom to create or modify designs. Additionally, while the platform is generally user-friendly, navigation can occasionally be less intuitive for less tech-savvy individuals when it comes to certain functionalities, such as adding pictures or customizing text. Streamlining these features could enhance the user experience. Lastly, for those conscious of digital footprints and sustainability, it would be great to see more emphasis on the platform's environmental benefits compared to traditional greeting cards.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupGreeting addresses the challenge of maintaining personal connections and expressing collective sentiments in a remote work environment. By allowing multiple users to sign a single digital card, it solves the problem of geographical distance that can impede team cohesion in distributed teams.

  ### 40. SO EASY TO GIVE APPRECIATION

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natasha N. | Partnerships Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

you can get a card signed by all members of your team or family and customize it. There are so many card covers to choose from which is awesome :) You can customize fonts and colors as well for every signature! I have made over 10 cards with GroupGreeting

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Honestly nothing. For $5 a card and ease of use there is nothing I don't like about it!

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we want to be able to get all team members (remote and in person) to sign a card for an employee's birthday or last day and with Group greeting everyone is able to get in on the action.

  ### 41. Easy Short Process to create Lasting Memories

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Simplicity of creating a card and allowing others to sign as well to help create lasting memories for my teammates and I.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I may be wrong but I wish I could sign a card more than 1x or have an unlimited number of characters to be able to send one card to all my team at once.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows me to be supportive in times of need for my employees, specifically when dealing with a loss.

**Official Response from Blythe Miller:**

> Hi!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

As far as signing a card multiple times--- signers can sign the card again or as many times as they want and in this way, they get unlimited characters. Depending on the length of the message, one may need to separate entries on different pages. The signer can put "...continued" to show their message continues on to another page.

For extra clarity, you can add a message and if it exceeds 700 characters, save it, and then click the Sign button again and add the rest of the message underneath in a new entry. You'll need to match the color and font, but this is totally possible.

  ### 42. Great for Virtual Based Businesses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antoinette J. | Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Convenient, great designs, ease of use..

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

They should have more pricing options available and be based on per customer, not in general

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having to go to the store for greeting cards, which is virtual, results in ease of use for our virtual company.

  ### 43. Simple, convenient and great!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I like the variety of the cards and for the different occassions.
They are easy to use.
I love the automation (you can schedule a date when the card should be delivered)
No matter where you are, you can sign a card.
Our company is a global complany and therefore, some of our colleagues are based in different regions.

I together wth my colleagues have used group greeting to send farewell cards to our colleagues.
The group greeting card allows colleagues to be able to sign the card from wherever they are.
You can add photos to the card.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The only thing is when the email doesn't get delivered to the client.
The Group Greeting support team has been helpful in this area and I've been able to resend the card to the colleague.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to sign a card collectively, from wwherever one is in the country or world.

  ### 44. A Wonderful Way to Celebrate Together

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

GroupGreeting offers a wonderful way to connect teammates. It is an "equal opportunity" for all those who work in the office and virtually - everyone can be included. Thir selection of cards seems endless, and most importantly, it is easy to use by everyone. There is no additional software to download... create a card, send the link, and everyone can sign. It's wonderful. I use it multiple times a month.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I truly can't think of a negative. If I have to say something bad, it can be a bit difficult to read on a mobile device, but I usually work from my laptop so this certainly isn't a real barrier of any sort.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With teams that are a mixture of "in office" employees and virtual employees, the days of signing physical cards are no longer. This is the best opportunity to recognize birthdays, work celebrations, and even unfortunate events, like the loss of family members, and to ensure teammates feel cared about by everyone they work with. And with it being so easy to use, it makes my job of managing these recognitions even easier.

  ### 45. Great for the digital age!

**Reviewed by:** Sara S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I like that I can still "pass" a card around the office or share with folks who are nto local to me to send someone a special gift! It is super easy to use needing pnly an email to send it to.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

So far there really is nothing I do not like.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to connect with my virtual workforce.

  ### 46. Great greeting card platform for remote teams!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

My team enjoys using GroupGreeting as a way to celebrate the birthdays and service anniversaries of our teammates. Since we are now all virtual, it's difficult to sign a team card in the traditional way. This service offers us a great way to come together to share our sentiments.

The feature to add gifs, stickers, and upload images to our messages really helps make the cards fun. We haven't used the gift card feature, but it's nice to know it's there should we ever need it. I also like that pages can be locked, as I usually use the stickers, uploaded static images, and multiple text boxes to design a full card page for my message. This helps ensure my message stays intact. The ability to tilt text and use different font sizes and colors also make designing the card pages fun.

I also love that GroupGreeting has a partnership with OneTreePlanted.org for environmental safekeeping.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

GroupGreeting is great! We really enjoy it!

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

N/A

  ### 47. Great way to connect a global team!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I have used GroupGreeting now for 2 years with both global and US remote teams. It is a wonderful way to connect teammates, to allow teams to celebrate life achievements, offer condolences, honor birthdays and say "thanks for being an awesome boss!". I especially love the ease of use of the platform and that anyone around the globe can use it! It is a very conventient way, as well, to take up a group collection of funds for a team memeber. The Prezze Smart eGift cards are particuarly helpful when you are not sure exactly which store is the best choice the receipient. Being able to schedule the delivery and "forget about it" is an added plus with the miard of competing tasks we all have. I highly recommend GroupGreeting and am grateful it was recommended to me!

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I understand why, but I wish users did not have to add the gift card at least 12 hours before delivery. It would be great if we could add it at least 1 hour before delivery.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupGreeting helps me provide group recognition virtually for a remote team. It is a time saver since everything is deliverly electronically and a time saver because I can schedule delivery, then "forget about it".

  ### 48. So easy to use!

**Reviewed by:** Chloe F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

This website is so simple and easy to use. It takes my coworkers 1 second to open the link and write a note. It's such a small gesture but goes such a long way!

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I don't dislike anything, this is a great website.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a way to acknowledge employees on their milestones! This is the perfect solutions.

  ### 49. Fun and Creative Way To Recognize Employees!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Courtney P. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I love the different card options that cover a number of events! They have a card for all occasions and make it easy to distribute.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Nothing! They make it so easy and it's such a fun way to recognize employees for all occasions from birthdays to work anniversaries!

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With us being in a hybrid environment it's too tedious to send a card and gather all the signatures with some employees being remote. It's a fun and easy way to get everyone's signature and get the card to the employee in a timely manner.

  ### 50. 4 Years Loyal

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roshella R. | Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Started using GroupGreeting during covid when coworkers and I were working from home to continue celebrating each other. I actually passed on to several coworkers who still use it today. Now that we are back in a office hybrid situation, it still saves time in lieu of passing around a card and trying locate those who still WFH. The most exciting new thing is the option to buy bundles for the year as well as collaborate with others.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I wish there were better designs and graphics, similar to what can get through invitation sites like EVITE, HOBNOB & Punchbowl.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bundling, more designs, attaching gift cards

**Official Response from Blythe Miller:**

> We're thrilled to hear that GroupGreeting has been a valuable tool for you and your coworkers, especially during the transition back to the office. We understand the importance of having a variety of designs and graphics, and we are working on expanding our options to provide a more diverse selection. Your feedback is important to us as we continue to improve our service. Thank you for your loyalty and support!
