When running the phishing campaigns, the interactions between the employee receiving the phishing email and clicking/reporting the phishing email is so fast and speedy, we can see in live action how the users do in their tests and whether they clicked on the phishing links we have setup or whether they have reported the emails. With everything the app provides from training videos, manuals as well as quizzes, phishing campaigns so we can test our clients employees in a safe way, the super fast response from the response team, and all the integration, it is definitely the money worth! **What do you dislike about Goldphish?** At the moment, there is only one name we can setup as a sender when we create a new phishing campaign. We always enter "Support", but when we have multiple phishing links and campaigns, it would be nice to have multiple options as senders when it is sent out at random **What problems is Goldphish solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an IT company that deals with security awareness training, I find it very important for our clients and their employees to be well informed when it comes to possible attacks, and how a company can get infected or hacked by something as simple as clicking a link. However, in a large-scale company with many employees and only a few of us on the IT team, we found it difficult to train everyone appropriately. With Goldphish, that process has become much faster and more efficient. Through the training and phishing campaigns, we can manage all users and separate them into categories, which makes it easier to tailor training to each employee’s specific field. There are people in our team that speak english or spanish and we needed a way to group them so we can add up more users while the campaign was live. However, the only way to do this was to switch the department label into English/Spanish. Their single automated tool has been a game changer for AME Limited. Goldphish required very little time to implement and ongoing management which made it ideal for my staff to use and learn from. Their customer support is world class and their team ensured that we were up and running very quickly whilst assigning minimal resources and investment to the programme. The staff love using the partneship and now we are currently sitting at an average score of 90% across a total of 57 campaigns deployed to date. We plan to grow the business in the next 12 months and therefore our security awareness plans in the coming months will be incorporating security awareness training as part of our induction. In a nutshell, our experience with Goldphish to date has been awesome. The ease of integration resulted in AME been up and running in no time at all and it was the most user-friendly and cost effective tool we had come across.
