**What do you like best about GoIDEA?**

Customer service is amazing. They are always improving the product and it is easy to use and navigate.

**What do you dislike about GoIDEA?**

I would like to be able to mass-assign students to caseloads. I would also like to see the responsible party for the goals without having to be in the working document. It would be nice to have the digital consent on the sign-in page (forms page) so I know if I have permission to share electronically without having to go to the student screen to see this.

**What problems is GoIDEA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't necessarily have any problems to solve, however, GoIDEA is a perfect product for what we need.
