## Gliffy Reviews
  ### 1. Quick diagram creation within Confluence

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew L. | Business Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

Gliffy allows me to readily communicate ideas and concepts to various stakeholders and offers numerous types of diagram options.

The tool also makes it easy to locate the shapes/icons needed to effectively get an idea/concept across without having to go overboard with text.

Also have found the Gliffy Office Hours meetings to be an effective way to learn about new features and how others are utilizing the tool.

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

It can be difficult at times to select specific elements of a diagram when you have elements overlapped; this draw back can be especially frustrating when creating rough UX mockups.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

* Need to create various flow diagrams for defining how new products/features will behave to ensure that Business and Development Teams have the same understanding
* Allows for quick creation of UX wireframe to define what various pages in an application will look like in order to flesh out Acceptance Criteria and to uncover requirements as it is easier to talk to a picture than to just talk about something in the abstract.

**Official Response from Samie Kaufman:**

> Hi Matthew! Thanks so much for taking the time to review us. I'm really glad you're finding our Office Hours sessions to be helpful, and I appreciate your feedback on selecting items within a diagram. This is something I'll continue to discuss with our team, and something I can tell you we're currently exploring for ways to improve your experience. :)

The templates are numerous and we could get almost any typr of diagram we needed. Gliffy has a great collection of diagramming shapes and charts and this allows us to always rely on it whenever we need to build any type of diagram for our ideas, plans and projects despite their complexity. Our experience with Gliffy has been made even better by the professional support services we get from the support team and other support materials available in the knowledge base.

  ### 4. Affordable, Versatile, Easy to Use, Web-based Diagramming Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon D. | Chief Information Officer, Higher Education, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

Gliffy is easy to learn and easy to use. It comes with a significant number of templates, diagramming elements, and examples to build off. Gliffy offers convenient collaboration tools, some simple automations, and is very flexible.

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

There's not much to dislike. My one complaint is that it is difficult to rearrange elements on a complex diagram if that diagram needs to be changed in key places. This is the same complaint I have about Visio and other similar tools, but with a little planning and elbow grease it's not much of an issue.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At our organization, we use Gliffy across various departments to create timelines, flowcharts, decision trees, and other diagrams that support and define our work. We used to use it for process mapping but we have moved on to a more robust (and significantly more expensive) tool.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David G. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

Very simple and easy to use diagram tool. You can easy create flow charts and diagrams for stuff without experience using the tool. Generally it is pretty intuitive and within a few minutes, you'll be creating.

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

The user interface could be better - when you first login, you jump right into a canvas versus starting at a dashboard. It would be really nice to have a desktop version that could be installed and used - I don't always love using the web interface.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps with the visualization of processes or the hierarchy of a complicated system. The ability to see a process laid out, step by step, is incredibly beneficial and Gliffy allows you to quick and easily create these visualizations

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

I like the fact that the user interface is not cluttered. Everything is easy to find and it's very simple to start creating a diagram. There are many ways to also customise everything to suit your needs (i.e arrow shapes, size, type etc)

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

I initially disliked how to arrow function was very fiddly but then realised I was not using the correct type. It takes a bit getting used to but eventually got there. The editing property icons are not self explanatory so you have to fiddle around a little bit to find things you want.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A simple way to create diagrams and be able to export it so that it can be linked or applied externally in documentation. It also keeps track of various versions which is important as sometimes we need to access some older versions to restore it or for historical purposes.

**Official Response from Samie Kaufman:**

> Thanks for your review! We strive to make Gliffy intuitive and easy to use, so I appreciate your feedback on the challenge learning the arrows/connector function — that's really helpful.

  ### 21. Everything I need and more for a Consultant

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

I like all the functions and available features. When I first started using it, I compared to other apps/competitors and didn't think it could produce the same results. But I was wrong. Gliffy is feature-rich and helps me to complete common tasks, ranging from business process diagrams to wireframes to entity relationship diagrams and more. I use it on every project (in multiple ways) to give a visualization of what to expect and talk through the business needs. I'm still learning more capabilities (such as layering) and looking forward to continuing to use it in the future!

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

Sometimes it's difficult to find the functionality. It took me forever to realize I could include comments like other apps because it wasn't an available menu option when right-clicking a component. Once you select (left-click) a box, then you can use the menu bar for additional functions. But I assumed everything would be available with my mouse right-click. Not a big deal though...all the functionality is there. Just like anything--you have to figure out how to navigate it.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business process mapping, wireframes, and entity-relationship diagrams have helped me to drive conversations with clients about how their current state will be transformed and what the solution might look like before we waste hours building something they don't understand or want.

**Official Response from Samie Kaufman:**

> Hi there, I really appreciate your thoughtful review! Because we want to encourage people to use Gliffy for sharing both high-level details and intricate processes, I love the callout that we should make commenting even easier. In the meantime, I'm glad you're happy with the product and able to use it to effectively work with your clients!

Good Collaboration Feature and Low Costing.

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

Limited features in free account and still incompatible with MS Visio.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gliffy is trying to evolve in diagramming most collaboratively. In the future, it can compete with Miro as well.

  ### 23. Excellent tool for process mapping

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben W. | VP of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

Intuitive UI, lots of flexibility and pre-built templates for colors and formatting, lots of formatting tools to fast-track process map setup.

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

Exports have to be as image files, which restricts ability to do heavy lifting in Gliffy and then export to PPT for fine-tuning. I can only export the final image file and import it onto a slide as a static image.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very good for rapid creation of process maps. Excellent alternative to Visio, which is uncessarily expensive for my use of the software.

  ### 24. Mind Mapping With Gliffy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vincent B. | Head of Business Development & Partnerships , Sports, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

It has a very intuitive, appealing user interface that is easy to navigate. I love the drag-and-drop feature, which makes it easy to come up with tree diagrams, flow charts, or any diagram you want. It also offers a variety of templates, so you do not have to build everything from scratch. We use Gliffy to map our product ideas to implementation with the ability to edit. I must say it is an excellent tool for mind mapping.

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

It becomes a challenge when it comes to customization because sometimes you need specific features for a project. Still, it is impossible to customize the platform to get what you need fully.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us visualize ideas and easily create the product roadmap because of the drag-and-drop feature. We are also able to collaborate, and this has given us the ability to work efficiently.

  ### 27. Maybe the best tool to make complex flows for programming

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Program Development | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

I recently had the pleasure of using Gliffy, and I must say that it has completely transformed the way I create diagrams. Gliffy's robust features, user-friendly interface, and exceptional performance make it a top-notch diagramming tool,

One of the standout qualities of Gliffy is its impressive selection of pre-built shapes and templates. Whether I needed to create flowcharts, organizational charts, wireframes, or even network diagrams, Gliffy had an extensive library to choose from.
The user interface of Gliffy is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. Even as a newcomer, I found it easy to navigate and create professional-looking diagrams without any prior experience.
Collaboration is another area where Gliffy shines. The ability to share diagrams with teammates made it effortless to gather feedback and work together on a project.

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

Gliffy provides a range of shapes and templates, but the customization options for these elements may be somewhat limited. Users seeking advanced customization, such as fine-grained control over shape properties or the ability to create custom shapes, may find Gliffy's options somewhat restricted.
Also Gliffy is primarily cloud-based, which means in order to access and work on your diagrams you need an internet connection.Maybe a application on linux could do the trick!

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 28. Gliffy, an intuitive applicaton for diagrams of all kinds

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pauline P. | Marketing & Sales Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

It is a balanced application with the possibility of being used on a low-resource device since it is light and easy to use, it is perfect for making process diagrams and UML documents, and at the same time, it has the capacity to be used as an extension in other development tools, such as Chalk and Clonfuence, the latter being a very useful Atlassian tool. In addition, it has efficiency in the creation of a diagram thanks to Confluence, allowing it to switch between layers, information and points of the drawing or diagram, being easily accessible in the diagram viewer. It is a simple way to apply and create templates, and an efficient way to share real-time updates of information.

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

The components of the tool can become very unstable and slow to use as it consumes more memory. Most importantly, connectors would be a great benefit to the design, or at least more options (both for flow direction and indicators), without having to do it manually. Gliffy should also improve file management and, at the same time, the handling of the texts in the diagrams because it can be inaccurate sometimes and mess up the organization of the diagram.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When dealing with having to create multiple diagrams, there is no other tool that surpasses Gliffy, it gets out of trouble when a flowchart is required to explain the cycle of a process, organizational charts can be made in a simple way, and it has adapted to our needs. It has allowed us to generate multiple diagrams that help us organize the data and turn it into easily understandable and beautiful charts.

**Official Response from Samie Kaufman:**

> Hi Pauline! Thank you so much for this detailed review. I'm passing your feedback along to our product team — specifically, your comment on file management and text handling are great areas for us to investigate!

  ### 29. Efficient diagramming with ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nancy M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

Basic, yet customizable, flow symbols and easy connector graphics make creating workflow diagrams a breeze, and cloud hosting makes them accessible in a snap.

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

Image inserting isn't the most intuitive.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to take a complex concept and illustrate it conceptually has been very helpful in training and general consulting. Developing illustrations of workflows that address different user groups.

  ### 30. My go-to for organizing my thoughts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin v. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

A fast route to mind-mapping, flowcharts, sharing and interrogating structured thought.

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

The GUI isn't the slickest, but it's functionable.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Until I see it, I'm challenged to track the complex moving parts to test for coherence and interrelatedness. The problem is compounded the moment two or more people face the same issue.

**Official Response from Samie Kaufman:**

> Thanks for your feedback, Benjamin!

  ### 31. Great for Entity Relationship Diagrams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

My company uses Gliffy for Entity Relationship diagrams, we also have access to DrawIO however we find gliffy much easier to design ERD's in than DrawIO which is incredibly clunky.

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

It would be nice to get access to a perpetual license as we have a growing team and its a pain to constantly add and remove users, a better group management function would be greatly appreciated.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gliffy provides an electronic Entity Relationship Diagram store for our internal software development projects. The main benenfit we see is the ability to easily share and collaborate on ERD documents with other users across the team.

**Official Response from Samie Kaufman:**

> Hi Mark, I'm glad you're enjoying using Gliffy for ERDs! I'm passing your feedback about perpetual licensing along to our product team — really appreciate that insight.

  ### 32. The easiest tool to build diagrams

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcos V. | Marketing Director, Insurance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

Giffy is the best diagram building tool out there. Mostly, I like the interface and how intuitive it is; because it is built like a very interactive tool, it is not difficult to figure out each one of the tools and what they are used for, as well as the fact that the guides provided by Gliffy are very helpful when initiating. When it comes to the tools, I like the drag and drop tool because it is easy to add the information for the diagrams and organize it accordingly, the templates are creative, and the editor is super helpful to have when any changes want to be made to a template.

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

I use the online version of Gliffy to build diagrams for our organization, however, I have noticed that the program will slow down over time while building the diagrams, I thinke that it might be because of the addition of information each time but it still is a bit annoying to experience.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gliffy has helped me build a variety of different diagrams and mind maps to visualize our data and present it in various ways that are easier to digest and understand for the rest of our members. It has helped me a lot during presentations to have clearer ideas and be able to bring them to life, and it has also helped me strategize different processes of our business and create new business strategies thanks to the visual help that the software and the diagrams provide.

  ### 33. Get your work done with Gliffy, a productive and efficient tool for diagramming and collaboration.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

Gliffy provides your team with a shared workspace where you can come together and work collaboratively on your projects thus enhancing teamwork which promotes better performance and results. It provides excellent diagramming options like flowcharts and many more to help you make it easier to understand your processes.

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

I have had a flawless experience with Gliffy do genuinely i have nothing to dislike about it. Also the customer service team is always readily available to offer any needed assistance.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gliffy was implemented in our organization primarily to help us meet our diagramming and mapping needs. It provides us with a reliable platform where we can conveniently come together, collaborate and work together on creating visualization diagrams for our processes as well as documenting them.

  ### 34. Gliffy is Great

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin G. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

I love the fact that the interface is so user friendly. You don't need to be an expert to create great looking Diagrams. The ability to share the diagrams via private links is great.

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

I would like there to be more tutorials on what Glify is capable of doing. Sometimes I'm just not sure of its full capabilities.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visually chart flow of informaiton

**Official Response from Samie Kaufman:**

> Hey Justin! Thanks so much for the feedback. I'll look for some more opportunities to provide Gliffy tutorials, but in the meantime, check out our getting started guide to make sure you and your team are tapped into all our core features! I appreciate it!

  ### 35. The best deal ever, Gliffy is a proficient diagramming tool to help make things done.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pauline K. | Senior Software Engineering Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

It is very easy to use Gliffy to make diagrams be it flowcharts or BPMN diagrams. With loads of templates to choose from, one can use the shapes in the templates or edit the templates to come of with the diagrams of their liking. Also, it uses a drag and drop technology that makes things easier and faster by allowing you to drag and drop images when making diagrams. It gives one a shared workspace where you can come together as a team, bring your individual ideas on board and collaboratively work together in making diagrams to ensure enhanced performance. The user support is on another level. The support team is always ready to assist you incase you need help or you have questions you need answered. Its flexibility allows it to integrate with Atlassian making it possible to create documentation for your diagrams with ease and technically without having to jump between multiple products.

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

Gliffy is a very effective and reliable tool for diagramming, it always offer top-notch services and therefore, finding anything to dislike in it is very difficult.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gliffy has been on the foremost level in our organization when it comes to helping us get things done more effectively yet easily. It gives us the most reliable platform where we can diagram our systems, document our codes, develop and deploy quality products as well as a shared workspace for the entire team to communicate, collaborate and share important information.

  ### 36. Amazing tool to pen down the architecture

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** prince j. | Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

I've used gliffy for almost 4 years and this is one of my favourite tool to design the message sequence, flow diagram etc.

Best thing about gliffy, no matter how big your architecture going to be, it provides flexibility to add relationship between the objects very easily.

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

Sometimes its tricky to capture loops or complex state machine.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Design freezing is very complex and crusial stage in software development. Using gliffy you can easily capture the design in visual form, so it helps you to do quick discussions or changes as required in no time.

  ### 37. The best page in the world to make diagrams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura Maria L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

I have been a Gliffy user for over 15 years and in that time I have tried other sites and apps but none are as good and easy to use as Gliffy.
I recommend it 100%

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

It would be good if they included an option for students and set a lower rate for these accounts because I have recommended it to do homework and they don't subscribe because they prefer to use other free pages.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helps organize concepts and clarify them to better understand them

**Official Response from Samie Kaufman:**

> 15 years?! Laura Maria, that's awesome! Thanks so much for your review, and for diagramming with us through the years. :)

  ### 38. Good Value for Workflow Illustrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

Gliffy is an great tool as an ops leader. Creating workflow illustrations to promote accountability, safety and process improvement adds tremendous value. I'd describe Gliffy as an unfussy and mostly intutive tool.

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

I'm getting exactly what I expected out of Gliffy. I do think that more advanced exporting options would be helpful. Specifically, sizing was a bit tricky to familiarize myself with to ensure it translated well after export.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Illustrating operational workflows. Our team can better understand roles for themselves and a way to feel comfortable keeping each other accountable and safe.

**Official Response from Samie Kaufman:**

> This is a great review, thank you! I will look at opportunities to improve our exporting functionality — I really appreciate how specific you were on that topic. Happy diagramming!

  ### 39. very positive thing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristopher V. | Future Sales Model Transition Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

userfriendlyness and color selection that is available in the application. Also different fonts are amazing!

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

There is not so much to dislike about gliffy, only that it would be nice to include more shapes so that i can show more creativity.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm making flowcharts in gliffy to better communicate to my friends

**Official Response from Samie Kaufman:**

> Thanks for the review, Christopher! I will look for more opportunities to include more shapes in Gliffy. :)

  ### 40. Gliffy makes creating diagrams incredibly easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul P. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

It took me a while to notice this feature, but you can drag in your own image assets. This has worked really well, because I'm able to build diagrams using high quality image assets. Exporting the entire thing as a PNG is great for saving on the NAS, or printing out for reference.

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

I use Gliffy standalone and as a Jira plugin. It'd be nice if these could be combined into a single subscription. It would also be nice if you could import and use Visio stencils directly.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it primarily for network diagramming, and planning out data center infrastructure. We have cabinets, routers, servers, all racked up and identified in the charts which make it easy to remember where things go, and how everything is networked. This makes it easy to onboard new employees, and helps us diagnose issues more quickly.

  ### 41. Outstanding software for making network diagnostics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2018

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

I've been using Gliffy for years, it's very simple to get started, and they have a wide variety of stock images, but if you can' find what you're looking for, you can import your own to fit a diagram to your exact needs. You can easily export it, too.

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

There is nothing I dislike. You have to scroll a bit on larger networks, but I don't think there is a way around that, it would happen on any diagram software.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a diagram allows much better support for a client, as any tech can view the relevant configuration and layout, even if they've never been to the site.

Having updated, easily modifiable diagrams of client networks makes communication and troubleshooting

**Official Response from Samie Kaufman:**

> Thanks for updating your review! Glad you're still loving Gliffy!!

  ### 42. Gliffy is the Bomb

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

Intuitive, easy to use, and easy to export. It is so easy, that I use it "live" in the middle of my Leadership workshops to create new algorithms and process maps "on-the-fly" for the participants in my Leadership Labs.

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

I can't think of any. It is the easiest process mapping tool I have ever used.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Participants in my Leadership Labs need to create new work processes and then teach their colleagues and teammates how to use those new processes. I show them how to use Gliffy to create a flow chart or algorithm for their newly created process. Gliffy is the easiest way for them to memorialize - on paper - the process they have created through A3 problem-solving.

**Official Response from Samie Kaufman:**

> Stephen, this is such an awesome review. Thanks for introducing Gliffy to your students! It's awesome to hear that you have that level of confidence with our diagramming tool. :)

  ### 43. Gliffy makes diagramming easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kimberly H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

Gliffy makes it very easy to create and label diagrams. I have used it for several years to diagram complex estate plans so clients can have a quick visual reminder of how their plan works and for diagramming large family trees in probate cases so the court can easily see who is related to whom. Gliffy's simple interface, drag-and-drop functions, and automatically aligning grid allow me to create professional-looking results quickly.

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

I wish there were more options for saving/exporting the diagrams. Sometimes I end up exporting the file then dropping the image onto a word document to be able to get the diagram centered and looking just right for printing.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a visual diagram of complex estate plans or large family trees.

**Official Response from Samie Kaufman:**

> This is such a cool use for Gliffy! Thanks for sharing, Kimberly. We hear you loud and clear on more options for exporting your diagrams – passing that feedback along to our product team. Thanks!

  ### 44. Pure Bliss and Beyond Perfection Diagramming tool.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin A. | Software Engineer, Program Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

First I have had great experience with Gliffy.I like best how the interface is very clean and easy to use.The templates available make the starting fast and simple even for a new beginners.Another amazing thing is that once one create diagrams, it is so quick and easy to export or shared through a created link ie at starting point one create share links for all the diagrams and share them once completed.Ability to download new shapes and broad shape library makes task to be completed seamlessly.Everything is available in a single window making it easy to use and access.Exports can be done into various formats that fit the need.

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

I don't find anything missing ,work in a perfectly manner.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes our diagram workflow productive that really helps most in visualizing workflows and decision making diagrams .

  ### 45. Easy to use, great value, hits the mark

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kurt L. | Financial Planning Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

First, Gliffy is cloud based which allows me to use it across my multiple platforms (pc/ mac/ ipad). There are plenty of templates to choose from, I primarily use the network and process flowchart. It's very intuitive and the learning curve is low (especially if you've used competing products).

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

I love that it's cloud based (storing all my documents) -- if there were dedicated apps (primarily looking for an ios app) would make it even better. The price is right, so I certainly can't dislike that. It really does everything I need for my consulting firm.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need to have a program to help clients visualize my recommendations. Mostly I use it for process improvement and network diagramming. It does so much more, but fits my needs without being difficult to use.

  ### 46. Streamline Your Diagramming with Gliffy

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simão A. | QA Automation Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

When it comes to diagramming, Gliffy offers a lot of great benefits that make the process a lot easier and more efficient. For starters, the platform has a user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate, so you don't have to be an expert to start creating diagrams right away. Additionally, Gliffy offers a wide variety of diagram types and shapes, so you can create exactly what you need.

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

While Gliffy has a lot of great features, there are also some downsides to consider. One downside is that it doesn't offer as much customization as some other diagramming tools on the market. You may find that you're limited in your ability to make your diagrams look exactly how you want.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool has some amazing features that can make our work easier and more efficient.

First of all, Gliffy is great for enhancing teamwork and collaboration. With its collaboration features, our team members can work together on diagrams from anywhere, which makes communication a breeze and speeds up the design process.

Another great thing about Gliffy is that it can improve our productivity. Plus, the diagrams are visually appealing and easy to understand, so they're perfect for presentations and communicating complex ideas.

  ### 47. Intuitive, Supported and Credible Communications Avenue

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor L. | Software Specialist, Accounting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

Further, Gliffy introduces the required flowchart, which directly offers significant know-how regarding the required skill. Finally, Gliffy has introduced the intelligent mind mapping skill, which is friendly and confined.

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

Gliffy has navigated challenges like network inclusion and system updates, making the entire business role smooth. Further, Gliffy has a dedicated approach to various project management concepts, which changes the company's dynamics.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gliffy has advanced and reputable structures for managing different concepts and ideas. More so, Gliffy outlines the benefits that bring innovation in a company setup, and this increases the value of every business communication. Finally, Gliffy has the required flowcharts for more presentation.

  ### 48. Excellent diagraming tool for tech architecture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

I like that the UI is intuitive: the functionality I want works as expected and I pick up new tricks just by reading contextual menus. There's a lot of built-in support for common functionality.

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

Not much. I leverage the exporting functionality and it behaves as desired. Maybe there could be more options for selecting multiple widgets and performing actions across them (e.g. I want to change all my icons from 90x90px to 72x72px in a single action)

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Architectural diagrams for cloud infrastructure, interactions between components, and I've even used it to draw up an organizational heirarchy. Might use it for mind-mapping.

**Official Response from Samie Kaufman:**

> Thanks for your review! We're glad you're finding Gliffy so easy to use. :)

  ### 49. '''Globally most suitable diagramming platform...'''

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea P. | Senior Sales Consultant , Hospitality, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

The platform that is transfiguring our experience with all diagramming processes. Before implementing any idea I effectively share them so as to minimise errors and mostly promote workflow. The platform also play a major role in ensuring there is secure and clear documentation. It so simple to understand it's database structure. Managing all our work from any place is quite an impressive experience.

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

It simply becomes more easier using the platform each day due to the gained experience. I simply have no dislike for this platform.

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1; The platform has promote great workflow.
2; Ease collaboration promoting effective diagram sharing through the generated URL.
3; Ease idea sharing to enhance our workflow.
4; The well designed templates support diagram creation and effective mind maps.

  ### 50. Standard tool but missing fluidity

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Gliffy?**

Quite easy to use.
It is a webtool, so you just a browser.
And I can export file with large dimensions and different file format (.png, .jpg) without sacrificing quality.

**What do you dislike about Gliffy?**

Image import function is outdated
I experience a lot of lagging problem when I use it on large screen definition (4k)
Stock icons are very poor compare to competitors

**What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having to use an overkilled photoshop software or a poor and limited Powerpoint.
Being able to present team a graphic basic user interface interface instead of spending money on UI/UX engineer to produce a POC.

**Official Response from Samie Kaufman:**

> Thanks for your review! I'm sharing your feedback on shapes, image importing, and speed while working with a larger canvas with our team.
