B2b customers order more frequently, repeat orders and often know what they want so need easy search options. The GoB2B team is incredibly approachable listening to your ideas and requirements, speaking with you using language you can understand whilst providing exactly what you need. Over a very long journey together we and GoB2B have an incredibly friendly working relationship. **What do you dislike about GOb2b?** Not much, really I'm not being coy. I would have said the absence of a cloud-based solution, however, that is now being delivered. To give an answer, I dislike when one of the team moves one to pastures new, on the flip side it makes you appreciate the core team members who have been at GoB2B for a very long time. **What problems is GOb2b solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our main challenge is | was manufacturing a solution to provide a platform to our customers which operates and mirrors the way our core business sales model works. Fast & quick response times, with a response back within a matter of minutes, if we have any questions or issues. 24/7 support, meaning we can always contact the team if there is an issue with our service at any time, no matter what the time of day is! Great integration with the Sage system, allowing orders to be processed through our system with no issues or hassle. **What do you dislike about GOb2b?** It can be sluggish/slow in areas for our site, including backend/admin pages, but this one is being looked at & is being worked on by the team. **Recommendations to others considering GOb2b:** GOb2b is highly recommended to those looking for sage integration for business &/or consumer customers for their business. **What problems is GOb2b solving and how is that benefiting you?** Currently, we don't have any ongoing issues or problems with GoB2B. They have been very quick at responding to any support requests we have made and have been able to get the issue resolved quickly (mostly the same day!) ### 4. This is matched with super support, help, and guidance. **What do you dislike about GOb2b?** The designer tool has some limitations but this is due to be replaced soon. **What problems is GOb2b solving and how is that benefiting you?** This allows our end-users to identify and order spare parts directly saving us time. Going forward we are also building a platform to allow our stockists access to order direct, seeing the progress of the order and access to their accounts. ### 6. We manage our site using the provided application and is relatively easy to make the changes needed. The support service always answers the phone quickly and promptly resolves any issues. **What do you dislike about GOb2b?** The application is a little clunky, will be good when the web version is released. More delivery options will be nice to have. Little options for making basic site changes and need to go through a support ticket. **What problems is GOb2b solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have requirements from many of our customers that we must have an online ordering solution and GOb2b provided that as required. We are seeing increasing orders placed online / electronically, reducing data input errors, customer satisfaction of instant order confirmation, and reducing the load on our sales staff. ### 7.
