It also has very competitive pricing models that allow for unlimited users which is very valuable, especially in use cases like ours where we offer our resources free of charge to all of our clients. **What do you dislike about FreshLearn?** There are a few limitations, including in the structure of courses, which could be a bit more flexible. At the moment you have to pick from a very rigid selection of content types and they are not super customizable. Also, a lot of actions could be made easier for bulk application - things like signing users up for courses/bundles could benefit from more flexible bulk actions. **What problems is FreshLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an organization we are using FreshLearn to upload our training materials, mainly videos and follow-up questionnaires. The platform hosts our resources and our clients use it to access them, to get training on our products. My business engagement with Freshlearn is from the year 2022. The team is always there to support our requests and all it takes is a simple call to be scheduled. I always connect and my queries get resolved on the call. I am very thankful for the team and specially to Raghu who extends his support above and beyond the call of duty. We have about 9 online courses live that are working really well. Also the use of the bundles & webinars is a real plus. FreshLearn has no limit on storage which is also a great benefit. And...yes we sometimes have to look for the right setup/configuration, therefore the great customer support is of a very valuable help. Almost all questions asked have been solved and/or put into development. We are very happy. **What do you dislike about FreshLearn?** It can be difficult to find exactly where to turn on/off a certain feature. All features we needed are present on the platform and sometimes we needed customer support to guide us toward the right setting. **What problems is FreshLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?** FreshLearn platform allows us to setup our courses online. The student can review the courses at their best convience and at their pace. The courses are mainly videos but also includes document and presentations. Freshlearn platform is fairly intuitive and easy to navigate, but when you are new it can be at times feel overwhelming but with live support especially getting started makes all the difference! Teja went above and beyond to help me through each stage of the course setup. Every time I have a question, no matter how basic, Teja responded quickly with clear, detailed answers that made it easy to keep moving forward. It's rare to find someone so patient and genuinely invested in helping users succeed, and I felt supported at every step. Thanks to Teja's guidance, I now feel confident in managing my online course and even exploring more advanced features. FreshLearn migrated my school from Teachable without moving smaller assets like images, CSS, fonts, etc. to native hosting and DNS. FreshLMS does this very well by allowing its users to host videos within the platform. Here you only need to invest on the LMS platform and focus on your course, rather than build a puzzle for you to manage in the long run. FreshLMS is a single tool to manage everything related to your course management. **What do you dislike about FreshLearn?** FreshLMS is a great platform and has achieved a lot within the short duration they have been around. I love its features and tools but believe their Interface and Useability can be refined by a great deal to make the platform easy to use. There is a slight learning curve on the platform at the moment, but once you have deployed your course, you have nothing much to worry about with FreshLMS. Simply focus on selling your course to your audience. Fine tuning of their interface can make this tool the best LMS tool out there. **What problems is FreshLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been using Teachable as my Course Delivery platform. However the costs associated with selling my course via Teachable is too high, considering I'm new to the Course Selling Industry. For me to test the waters and make this business seld sustainable, I wanted a platform that doesn't make me lose more money than I make while having all the features that I need. I was on the $39/Month package on Teachable, but missed out on multiple features which I could only get on a higher Teachable Plan, increasing my cost. With FreshLMS I got a great deal which allowed me not to lose money on the platform and take my Course Selling business at my own pace and comfort. ### 34. Teachable, Udemy etc. were good but as with many of the big names they had big drawbacks. I found FreshLS, well, reFreshing. First, the backend system was simple yet powerful. It had everything I needed to customise the landing page and course with my brand logo and colours as well as build high-quality products for my customers. The user interface is simple for clients to use. Quite often I've found the process of getting someone enrolled on a course can be laborious and can actually deter clients. Not so with FreshLMS. The customer service has been so good. Every question has been answered promptly and the team behind this platform are exceptionally hard working. The platform updates are coming thick and fast with emails informing you of every development. Lastly, the ability to integrate the platform into my wordpress site has given my business an extra level of professionalism.
