Its possibility to connect to the USDA for all your raw ingredients makes it even superb and the fact that you can also store the Kosher Certifications well with each ingredient makes it a good thing to have. The costing and recipe features are so incredible you can work around the commercial software and customize your portions of this software so that you can meet your bakery's needs. The customer service here is on another level, prompt and very helpful. **What do you dislike about FlexiBake?** If your bakery is progressing well and will soon be a big thing in town, Flexibake might not be of much help because it is more suitable for medium size baking ventures. The accounting section is somehow limited especially if you mostly use Quickbooks. If you have multiple products inclusive of cakes and other pastries, it might not be the right one for you There are limitations when it comes to reports and if you run them daily, weekly or monthly, you will have to export and toggle them. This makes it tome consuming when you have to rework all your reports while a good software could easily do this for you. **Recommendations to others considering FlexiBake:** If you own a medium size bakery that specializes in bread mostly, this software will be of great use but you will have to work something out on the reports and accounting section because it doesn't offer much here. **What problems is FlexiBake solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was heavy for us to have our customers to place thier orders online and be able to update them especially those who were taking baked goods on wholesale. Benefits: The software helps us make the product information and invoices available to all our customers and you can very very effortless interaction with the order screen on Flexibake. ### 3. I handle our recipe and product data input and it is very useful for keep track of production numbers, in terms of both batches and reaches (per piece) **What do you dislike about FlexiBake?** Flexibake hasn't been as Accounting friendly as we would like. We still require Quickbooks as a secondary source. In the future we will require a software that is all encompassing. **What problems is FlexiBake solving and how is that benefiting you?** The audit trail keeps everyone accountable for their use in the system. ### 4. The capabilities are in common-sense places and it is very easy to find help when you need it. **What do you dislike about FlexiBake?** The chance for a little more variation in the production set up.
