If I have any questions about a project or admin function, they make themselves available and deliver amazing service. The software is easy to use. **What do you dislike about FinishLine?** The only thing I do not like is not being able to access all my projects with one super login. You have to toggle between different logins to see every single project. **What problems is FinishLine solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finshline helps hold the correct people accountable and it helps us streamline our turnover process. Every time I contacted them, I got a person, not a chatbot, email, or youtube video. The efficiencies on inputting the inspection or deficiency were super fast and easy to learn. Also, the inputs were near perfect for our needs upon the first usage, and they were easily customizable and not static. The reports/outputs and ability to quickly and easily communicate and collaborate with other project partners were second to none. Not only could I get a PDF report out to my collaborators, but I could also upload the report directly to Procore. Also, the costs were low considering the software's features, and it's a great value. **What do you dislike about FinishLine?** The software Administration can be overwhelming, but we quickly learned to rely on Finishline Support to assist us instead of doing it all independently. **Recommendations to others considering FinishLine:** Take the time to get a demonstration and ask the questions. The website may offer all the answers but being able to ask questions in the demonstration and have them SHOW me the answers was invaluable. If you are on or considering Plangrid, think again. This product runs circles around Plangrid. **What problems is FinishLine solving and how is that benefiting you?** We solved communication and collaboration challenges with people on the project inside the application versus plain email. In addition to that, we continued to track down all deficiencies through to completion easily inside the application. As a team between the Owner and General Contractor, we found that it saved the owner and GC thousands of person-hours of time and labor due to its efficiencies. In addition, we understand that it helped the owner win litigation, too, which is invaluable.
