I can track the tests sent and conducted in the process, as well as view the statistics of the tests sent. **What do you dislike about Evalart?** For the moment, the only thing is to compare the candidates, but after this, it is an excellent tool for the recruitment and selection process; you have all the tests that are needed. **What problems is Evalart solving and how is that benefiting you?** Streamline the recruitment process gives the candidate the ease to access and quickly take their tests, which has greatly helped us in reducing the time we spend correcting the tests. Additionally, the tool is very intuitive and easy to use, everything is very well explained and it is very visual. **What do you dislike about Evalart?** Credits run out very quickly since you lose one for each test sent. It would be better to assign one credit to each test battery and thus be able to send the tests to several candidates. **What problems is Evalart solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows for the technical and remote evaluation of candidates for different positions. The cost is according our budget **What do you dislike about Evalart?** I don't like specifically about one of the tests we use the most (the complete DISC technique) is that the results of the candidate are not presented graphically, the competition usually presents graphs of the expected behavior under pressure, in the motivational part.
