**What do you like best about Encircle?**

The best feature of the Encircle platform is its ease of use.    We can literally train a technician, even those who are initially intimitated, in less than 15 minutes, including industry best practices.   I did not mention their customer service is five star rated in my book.  During a large loss project, we had a challenge.  My call was returned in less than an hour and the challenge ened up being on my end.  Regardless, the Encricle team is alwasy respectful to anyone who calls.   Cost of service is inexpensive compared to any other platforms.

**What do you dislike about Encircle?**

I can't say that there is anyting I can complain about.

**What problems is Encircle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Encricle has always been improving and adding additiona features as well as sinking up with different software platforms that are very helful to me and would be to anyone else!

**What do you like best about Encircle?**

Encircle is very easy to use and easy to teach to our staff!  Love being able to document files and provide interested parties with controlled access to allow live up to date information at everyones finger tips!  Encircle is always evolving with new features and updates to allow our experience to consistently improve.  Being able to have it integrated with our file management software is added bonus!  We use encircle on EVERY file!

**What do you dislike about Encircle?**

Haven't found anything yet that I can honestly say I "dislike" about Encircle

Allowing us to have our documents and photos at our finger tips at all times anywhere!

**What do you like best about Encircle?**

Crossroads Property Rescue has been using Encircle for several years now. We are using Encircle as a Restoration Contractor.
Our Paternship with Encircle has been an en experience that I think would be best described as that "Perfect Hire" of an associate for our business. We frankly can't imagine how we would function without the tools avilable to us.  Encircle is just so quick for our technicians to pick up and immediately understand. The documentation and reporting allows us to create reports that help to get us paid more quickly and fully on all of our claims. We use Hydro for tracking and every time we talk to on of our outside vendors (Remote Monitoring) about us using Encircle and asking about integration we hear "Oh thats great Encircle is fantastic to work with".  We use floor planning and import into Xactimate whic is a game changer for us. If I were to find out one of the tools were going to be no longer available we would feel a pretty great panic. 
We hope the folks at Encircle keep up the great work and they have been a HUGE blessing to me personally and our company.

**What do you dislike about Encircle?**

If I had any dislike it might be that we haven't been able to get approval to use Hydro Reporting instead of MICA for our Contractor Connection TPA work with USAA.

All of our business problems:
Easy place to get and gather information for claims with good reporting
Floor Planning
Getting paid more quickly

**What do you like best about Encircle?**

When we started EnCircle I was hesitant with all the features and learning something new, but let me tell you! This program is phenominal! I was surprised at how simple and easy the app is to use!
In our field of restorations this app is the ONLY app you need! Sketching? it's in the app! Water/moisture mapping? It's in the app! Photo logging/updating? It's IN THE APP! I use EnCirlce app at least 10to 20 times a day. No joke! We use EnCircle as our base support app for so many restoration claims!
Aside of all the cool features EnCirlce offers, their customer service is well beyond 5 stars. Not once have i ever called in with a question or issue have i ever been displeased.  They are friendly, helpful and so knowledgeable! thank you EnCircle!

The only thing i wish i could change on EnCircle is I wish we would have found it sooner!

The floor sketches! I LOVE this tool!

Encircle is a powerful and versatile platform that offers comprehensive support for project inspection, site documentation, and electronic contract signing. I don't have any complaints about Encircle. We use it often. The platform offers excellent training and is easy to implement and integrate into our daily activities. The customer support is also excellent.

Encircle helps us keep all documentation and photos in one place. It also helps with additional reporting, which is crucial for us to get paid for work performed at the job sites.

**What do you like best about Encircle?**

I send multiple encircle reports a day. Our clients love the look of the reports and so do I. It is an excelent outlet to provide top notch communication to our clients as well as interanl communication and understanding.

**What do you dislike about Encircle?**

I dont like the I cant drag and drop multiple photos from my computer. If some one emails me photos 10 photos, I have to download each to my computer, upload each photo individually. It takea a lot of time to do that.

Providing top notch internal and external communcation with photos and psychometric readings.

**What do you like best about Encircle?**

Encircle allows me to upload important data points about everything I buy. In the event that I have a fire, wind damage, car accident, or whatever, I'll have photographic evidence, reciepts, and price paid for everything. All I need to do is forward that info to the insurance provider.

The other day they had switched off one of their systems. I emailed support about it and in minutes it was back up and running so I could push my info to their system again. That's what I call service.

Every time I buy something new, the first thing I do is take pictures and put it into Encircle. It's just part of my routine. It's really easy to integrate with your life if you do it that way, and implementing it makes it so you can secure thousands of dollars in the event of an insurance claim.

**What do you dislike about Encircle?**

Not many. The biggest downside is that some of the pictures seem to be missing now on a few items out of the many hundreds of items I've uploaded.

Other than that, a petty gripe I have is that it gives you the option to enter both "price paid" and "product value" which 99% of the time or more is the same value. I like having them both entered, so I type it twice. It would be pretty awesome if I could just enter the price paid, and it would auto fill the value. Then if I want them different, uncheck a box and fill in the value manually. Kind of like billing and shipping address stuff which is usually the same.

It provides me a way to make sure my property is safe in the event of an accident.

**What do you like best about Encircle?**

Our techs and estimators can go into a customer's house and ask the customer what they call each room in their house...we then use the same room names as the customer.  We don't default like kids bedroom or living room...we ask "what is do you call this room."  On a photo report we see the pics on a "per room" basis.

**What do you dislike about Encircle?**

We would really like to duplicate the room names we create on each structure...if MIT department creates 10 unique room names we would like our recon estimator to duplicate the exact 10 names on the recon structure (portion)

It helps us prove to the carrier what was needed and what was done.

One place for managing the job and next steps for the techs.  We can easliy create our own templates and share information with all parties quickly.  Floor plan was a game changer for our team.   It is easy to use and train staff.  We are creating a consistant process. They are constantly improving and the ongoing training is great.

**What do you dislike about Encircle?**

How long it takes to sync.
I am using  Albi to see photos and documentation faster.

**What do you like best about Encircle?**

I like that I can generate multiple reports for different things, and being able to send out a text-link to homeowners and have them electronically sign and send back immediately, all the information and details you can add. Customer support is amazing as well. I like that it also is immediately updated across both the website and the mobile app. 

**What do you dislike about Encircle?**

Photos do not always load in a timely manner, there are some instances where I will be sending out a link to a homeowner to sign, and the homeowner signed it immediately but it never sent it back and updated on the website. A week later, I get the signed paperwork from the homeowner.

**Recommendations to others considering Encircle:**

Encircle has many options for different groups of a restoration company. It is very detailed in the reports you can run and the customer service. I was able to get roughly 125 employees in 2 different states trained in less than 2 months. 

**What problems is Encircle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Encircle has helped our labor hours go down due to the fact that multiple people can start documenting each room/item, the interactive photo reports are a huge hit with our estimators and adjusters giving them all the information they needed in one report.

Encircle allows me to manage all of my assets and be able to allow others to see what have available to rent out.

I wish that we could add pictures of the assets easier. Seems like we have to go through several hoops to get it fully done.
